He actually showed up early for our appointment, which I really appreciated. Leading up to the visit, he was incredibly communicative and easy to reach by both call and text, which made scheduling and coordination stress-free. During the installation, Ray was professional, tidy, and very respectful of my home. He took the time to walk me through how the new system works and even helped me get my thermostat synced with my phone. Before leaving, he ran multiple tests to make sure everything was working perfectly. It's clear that Ray is highly experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems. The quality of his work and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend Air Now Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services. I'll definitely be reaching out again for any future repairs or maintenance. Thanks again, Ray!

Jose & 'Make It Happen A/C" just gained a new loyal customer. My mom's A/C had stopped working in…read morethe middle of the recent heat-wave. I actually had another company come earlier in the afternoon first but after only 10 minutes of diagnosis, this other company quoted me a $3000 repair (and that was with a supposed $500 discount because he was the owner) that entailed replacing a faulty TXV plus replacing 11 lbs of the refrigerant. Obviously the $3000 sticker shock was unsettling, but something didn't seem right, so thankfully I was able to secure another appointment later that same evening w/ Jose and 'Make it Happen A/C" to get a second opinion and estimate. Jose and his colleague Max arrived on-time, were very polite to my mom, and immediately went to work trouble-shooting the issue. They methodically isolated all possible root-causes, patiently explaining each step with me. Ultimately, they found the issue was the high limit switch had been triggered, and just needed to be reset, in other words, a button simply needed to be pushed to reset the high limit switch, and that did the trick. Jose saved me $3000. But more importantly, Jose was honest and still had integrity and that's why I'm taking the time to write this review on behalf of 'Make It Happen A/C". I won't mention the first company's name here (DM me and I'll tell you who they were). When Jose uncovered the issue and identified the simple fix, we were giving each other high-fives because he was genuinely happy he was able to fix the issue for my mom, especially on such a hot day. While there are companies out there with no integrity and willing to take advantage of unknowing customers (particularly when they know they have leverage because of the heat-wave), it was reassuring to also know there are still folks like Jose and his company that still choose to do business with honesty and integrity.

Last year we did a lot of research to get a mini-split ac unit for 3 bedrooms and a living room that would save money, good quality system and reliable installation from the professionals. We got quotes from 6 vendors and Temp Air Systems was the best of all. Jason was excellent and he explained in details the mini-spits ac which was the best option for us. They are licensed installer for Mitsubishi ac systems and when you go with them, the warranty guarantee goes up from 7 years to 12 years with of course there's a catch which you must maintain your systems annually with Temp Air to qualify to 12 years system warranty. I'm very pleased and happy with Jason and his expertise in the ac systems to help us guide in making the right decision and Angel as well who was leading the crew was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and experienced professional installer. His crew was great as well. We got a rebate for removing the heat furnace and a tax credit for heat pump. Amazing company for providing excellent workmanship and customer service in the front office. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for mini-split systems. Look no further , Temp Air Systems is very good with mini- splits ac systems. Call them up and get a quote. You won't be disappointed. Happy journey!

We were able to negotiate with the seller because of this discovery, and Matt's work helped us secure enough in credits to get a new electric smart HVAC system, ecobee. During install, they discovered a vent was missing and promptly added it. Their crew was courteous and helpful, and took great care to leave my property in excellent condition. They went above and beyond in their work and their customer service. They were so great that my neighbor across the street hired them immediately after. Furthermore, I just had my HERS test, and it passed with flying colors, so the work was done exceptionally well. The inspector told me this system increases my property value - something I am relieved to hear, after so many other unexpected new home expenses! I actually look forward to having them help me maintain my exceptional new system throughout its (what I presume to be) long life. I highly recommend them!

I started a…read moreproject through Yelp, and through the messages in the app, Andrea C. was able to help get us scheduled for a same-day appointment--which we truly appreciated, especially in 90+° weather! I'm sure they had many other clients dealing with similar HVAC issues, so it was such a relief not to have to suffer through the heat all day. Andrea was always quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and made the scheduling process seamless. They were also able to provide a diagnostic quote upfront, while many other companies would not give any estimate until they came out and saw the issue. I really appreciated that transparency. Even better, the diagnostic fee was applied toward the repair that was needed, which was another huge plus! Shortly before arrival, we received a text letting us know Marcelo was en route, including his photo, followed by a direct phone call with an estimated arrival time. Lemme start off by saying Marcelo was such an amazing technician! So now let's get into the meat our of experience. We were having an issue with our AC not blowing cold air, and after some quick troubleshooting, he already had a pretty good idea of what the problem was. Of course, he then followed up with his handy-dandy tools to confirm his suspicions! What really took the experience from good to exceptional was how helpful and thorough Marcelo was throughout the visit. While working, he shared lots of great tips with my husband about maintaining our AC unit, helping prevent future issues, and even reducing allergies in the home--which truly made a difference. He was also incredibly patient with all the questions my husband and I had, not only about the issue at hand but also about our other HVAC-related questions. We also really appreciated how respectful Marcelo was of our home. As an Asian household, we really value that extra consideration, and when he came back inside to check that the cold air was coming out after the repair, he immediately put on his own shoe covers without us even having to ask. That was a huge plus for us, because so many technicians forget or just don't care which was definitely not the case here! If possible, I definitely recommend requesting Marcelo to come out and assist. He is so nice, genuine, knowledgeable, well-articulated, and well-spoken. Marcelo, thank you sooo much again for all of your help--and Andrea, thank you for helping us get everything scheduled so quickly!

I have known Oscar for about eight years, and from the very first time he serviced my central AC,…read morehe left a lasting impression on me. At that time, other companies were suggesting that I replace my entire AC system. Oscar took a very different approach. He carefully checked the system, replaced only what was necessary, and solved the problem at a very minimal repair cost. His honesty and integrity impressed me so much that I have remembered him all these years. Recently, I was ready and determined to replace my mini-split AC, and I also had a very noisy central AC system. Oscar came to my home, checked everything, and instead of immediately trying to sell me new equipment, he gave me several simple suggestions first: clean the filters, keep the doors open while the AC is running to improve airflow, and keep the thermostat at 78° or lower rather than 83°. The next day, he sent his technician, Adrian, to carefully evaluate both systems before I made the decision to replace anything. To my surprise, after the filters were cleaned, my mini-split was running smoothly again and producing wonderfully cold air! My central AC was also running well. For the noise issue, they suggested changing the return-air grille rather than replacing the entire system. I was also extremely impressed with Adrian. He was patient, detailed, and thorough. He never rushed through his work. He had such a cheerful, positive, and thoughtful attitude, and you could tell that he genuinely cared about what he was doing. His professionalism and work ethic really stood out to me. Then came the biggest surprise: Adrian left without giving me a bill. When I asked Oscar about it, he simply explained that they had come to check and evaluate everything before I spent money replacing the units. Wow. I was truly touched. After eight years, Oscar is still the same honest and trustworthy person I remembered from the very first service call. In a business where homeowners may not always know what repairs are truly necessary, having someone you can trust is incredibly precious. I am very grateful to Oscar and Adrian for their honesty, professionalism, patience, and excellent service. I will gladly recommend Oscar's company to my friends and family. I sincerely hope his business continues to thrive and grow. Honest people and honest businesses deserve to succeed!
