The reason why I'm reviewing this now is because I waited for one year to see if the mini-split systems is in good working condition and I'm pleased to say that how amazing the system is running now even though we didn't run often. Last year we did a lot of research to get a mini-split ac unit for 3 bedrooms and a living room that would save money, good quality system and reliable installation from the professionals. We got quotes from 6 vendors and Temp Air Systems was the best of all. Jason was excellent and he explained in details the mini-spits ac which was the best option for us. They are licensed installer for Mitsubishi ac systems and when you go with them, the warranty guarantee goes up from 7 years to 12 years with of course there's a catch which you must maintain your systems annually with Temp Air to qualify to 12 years system warranty. I'm very pleased and happy with Jason and his expertise in the ac systems to help us guide in making the right decision and Angel as well who was leading the crew was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and experienced professional installer. His crew was great as well. We got a rebate for removing the heat furnace and a tax credit for heat pump. Amazing company for providing excellent workmanship and customer service in the front office. I just bought my first house, and it is 100 years old. Matt came out to do my HVAC inspection during escrow, and not only discovered the work was extremely subpar, but actually discovered a MAJOR health and safety hazard left behind by the previous contractor. We were able to negotiate with the seller because of this discovery, and Matt's work helped us secure enough in credits to get a new electric smart HVAC system, ecobee. During install, they discovered a vent was missing and promptly added it. Their crew was courteous and helpful, and took great care to leave my property in excellent condition. They went above and beyond in their work and their customer service. They were so great that my neighbor across the street hired them immediately after. Furthermore, I just had my HERS test, and it passed with flying colors, so the work was done exceptionally well. The inspector told me this system increases my property value - something I am relieved to hear, after so many other unexpected new home expenses! I actually look forward to having them help me maintain my exceptional new system throughout its (what I presume to be) long life. I highly recommend them! read more

Update: A representative responds that they came out TWICE as a courtesy, (mind you the unit is still not working properly) and regular maintenance????? it was just installed last Summer in August!! When our heating system went out over the weekend, I called Temp Air, and they had someone at my house Monday morning at the time promised. Our system was over 40 years old & non repairable. We decided to have the entire system replaced, that's AC condenser, furnace, the entire HVAC system including all ducting, ventilation, reflectors, electrical, panels, wiring etc. Less than a week later, we had their crew over to begin repairs. FYI, their supervisor Angel was awesome as were the entire crew. They were on time, extremely clean, honest, professional far beyond our expectations. From the initial call to the wrap up of installation Temp Air personnel were all top notch professionals. They absolutely went above and beyond on keeping things neat and clean. New system and a new attic access panel installed. They even did a custom connection for my attic lights! No more extension cords but a working switch and no added charge. Salesman "Jason" was great. He was even here on the first day to make sure things got off to a good start. He reviewed all my options and worked with me to provide the system I needed. The installers were great too! New owner of a condo where this company replaced the AC unit. The unit is just 5 years and 5 months old and I need a copy of the invoice to work with manufacturer to cover the broken part under warranty. The manufacturer had requested the invoice. I called Temp Air (Carla/Carlita?) and asked for a copy of the invoice and was told they could not send to me because it has original owner's cc number. Asked them to remove or redact the confidential info and cc number. I do not want any of the previous owners information. Just the invoice of the unit that i now currently own. They said they couldn't do it and would not send me a copy of the invoice because I wasn't the original purchaser. Really? I couldn't leave a message for the supervisor to call me back and apparently she's always in and out of the office so I'd have to call back another time and hope she'll be in so I can speak to her. I have absolutely no relation with Temp Air or one employee who works there, I simply did a google search for HVAC companies and they were one of the many that came up. I narrowed them down with several others because of the reviews, I continued to narrow down the reviews to the best and they were among the best. Then I had estimates and Temp Air was one of them, Jason A was one of the Reps who came out and he was fantastic, really cool guy, very personable and made me feel very confident. However being the skeptical guy I am I still did not totally buy it 100%, I just don't trust sales people, never have. However I did feel Jason was different, he was not pushy, not like a normal sales guy, more like another guy just doing a job and trying to do right. I had my brothers friend a good old Irish man, really nice guy, come out who was a HVAC guy to give me an estimate, he checked everything out, gave me a price, I showed him the price I got from Jason A. with Temp Air and even he said, that's a good deal, he actually said if I were you I'd go with that deal, I can't even compete with that price for that system. That was what I needed and I called Temp Air and had them come out and put in my new system and it is in and it so far is absolutely amazing, it blows like the AC in my car, it cools my high ceilings very fast, one end of my ceilings are about 20' high and I have 3 levels. This thing blows incredibly good, so far I am very happy with it! The crew who came, Angels crew, Angel was awesome as was his crew. Angel and his crew installed an awesome system, it looked absolutely professional and very clean, Angel did some extra electrical work putting in a light and switch and it looks totally professional and very clean work. I'm a construction guy so I know shabby work and good pro and clean work and they did 100% clean and professional work! Do your homework to make the right choice in this big investment, make sure you choose who you are comfortable with and I am sure you will come back to Temp Air, they have great reviews for a reason. Our 10 year old water heater started leaking. We called Temp Air and requested an estimate of a replacement for our current 75 gallon traditional water heater and an estimate for a tank less water heater. Felipe, Temp Air owner quickly responded and clearly explained our numerous options. He listened to our concerns, detailed the pros/cons of each system and answered all of our questions. He was thorough, concise and transparent. The Temp Air rates are very reasonable and the workmanship is second to none. The staff wore masks from the moment they arrived until they left my home. Even while they were hard at work removing the big 75 gallon tank and installing the new tank less system, they kept their masks on for safety.
