Well I gave this company a really good review because I thought they had fix the issue with my AC. However they added Freon and they only came back cause I called them that it was having the same issue only blowing hot air. This time the Tech put a diy in the system and "top the Freon" wish by the way was all out by next day. I called another company and they told me Freon should never run out so quickly. Oh they charge me for a easy diy the first time but didn't even bother to look for the leak the second time he came. He just re charge the Freon and add more diy. That's only tells me he didn't add it the diy the first time. After I got another company go come they found a mayor leak and they Eder surprise the previous tech didn't see it. (Recharging the Freon after it leaks the first time requires a search for the leak under California law ) it's a health issue to just recharge it know it can be harmful for my health. story, I did cleared to him that I wasn't taking any blame on him. I've consulted with people that knows about central air, and two people told me right off the back what the problem was most likely, and what the copper pipe was suppose to have at the end of it. This agent said he didn't know until the assessment was done. So, basically the three agents I have requested have all come out to either be dishonest, careless for the customer, ripped my furnace apart and walked out with the inspection fee. This agent never told me there was a an inspection charge until he was already here. Please people be careful, they can literally still money in front of your face and you won't even notice it. I'm so sad that they just wanna take advantage of us clients all of the time. Throughout my research trying to find an agent, I even came across businesses that don't exist physically. DO NOT USE THEM to fix your furnace issues. Jose first came to check on my furnace problem. He concluded that it was due to a disconnected wire to the control panel. He came to get the wire reconnected from my furnace to the control panel. However, upon attempting to doing so (he clearly did not know what he was doing), he damaged my wood floor drilling a hole in the wood panel along with multiple holes on my wall and ceiling of basement. He'd told me to find a someone who does flooring to fix the damage he caused and that he'll reimbursed the amount. Invoice was sent over to him but he refuse to respond and pay for the damage he created. My security system has captured him there so there's no denying from him that this is not the company/him that did the damage. read more
