I have only had the pleasure of working with 2 personnel here, but believe me when I say that BOTH were top notch, period! With a glitch occurring with my software they installed nearly 1.5 years prior, and running it flawlessly, a very rare occurrence happened. I was able to make an appointment promptly, which is always a GREAT start when there's a concern with your only vehicle. Upon arrival, Tristan obtained a brief explanation and took my vehicle into the garage. Despite not finding the exact "cause", he did reflash the file with hope of just trying to do "something." It didn't help that APR customer service was non existent seeing as he was on hold for nearly a half hour, but with no support from the tuning company, he took it into his own hands and was willing to try troubleshooting with the knowledge at hand! Luckily for me, the engine code hasn't returned since the reflash, so his efforts definitely paid off! From a BIG PICTURE standpoint however, this is the 2nd occasion where they promptly and professionally took care of my concerns, and I could not be ANY happier, seriously! These guys have went above and beyond with me, and that's honestly a hard thing to accomplish with my firm but fair customer service standards developed over the past 15 years. There was one very minor hiccup that was easily remedied. I have two sets of wheels, one for winter and one for summer. I left the winter wheels and they called me when the new tires were ready. I was told I could call back the day I wanted to swap them on my car since it would only take 15 minutes to accomplish. When I called in the morning to see if I could come in that afternoon, I was told I had to make an appointment, which would be a week later at the earliest. If I had been told this in the first place, I would have just made the appointment at that time. Nonetheless, they called me back and said they could squeeze me in that same day. Very minor and not concerning. Everyone was incredibly helpful and the service and pricing were amazing. I'll be back for sure.

I have also had neighbors bring there cars here and how I came to use them in the first place and over the last 20 years we have used them on and off. Never had any issue nor have any neighbors. I definitely would recommended this shop as trustworthy, reliable and dependable which I can tell you is not the case with all places you might consider in Eagan. One place I would stay away from and this is getting side tracked but a relatively new chain which has two locations in Eagan and while I wont explicitly name them I'll just say this about them. They are not HONEST and they market themselves as being that along with being women friendly repair shop. I have first hand experience, knew a person that was honest and worked there and left because he could not in good conscience do what they were asking of him. One being constantly up selling folks and trying to get unneeded work done. My experience along with friend who worked there has also been collaborated by neighbors and friends in the community. They have already gone through one owner but the new ones were no different in my opinion. Ok, I digress but try these guys are the complete opposite so out before you try any place claiming to be HONEST try the guys out or any other place for that matter. After the oil change and before I left, they gave me a list of things that were "wrong" ($5800) with my car. One major one was the valve cover gasket leaking. ($1700+) Leaving Honest 1 with a terrible feeling in my gut, I decided to go to get a different quote. That is where All Imports & Domestic came into play. I called them and talked to Michael and we scheduled for me to come in that day to have them look at the quote I got from Honest 1. I knew I needed new tires and some front end work (Thanks MN roads) and Michael suggested that they clean my entire engine and put dye in the oil to see where the leak(s) and coming from. He sent me a quote for the engine dye, front end work and new tires and on Tuesday of this week, I dropped my car off, hoping they didn't find the problems the Honest 1 told me about. Michael called me in the afternoon to tell me that it wasn't necessary to do the dye test because it is a very minimal leak and that also saw that my car had the wrong size tires on there...so he ordered ones that were right. I picked up my car and had a bill that was a little more then one of the jobs Honest 1 would have done that wasn't needed. This is going to be my forever go to place when I need a oil change or anything else for my current and future cars. I kinda piled things up with my car and when I finally took it in I was looking for an oil change, new brake light, tire rotation, and air pressure checked. I was hoping I could have all this done for around $125. I left with an $80 bill and they fixed a problem that I had with a tire sensor that I have had for YEARS (MULTIPLE places have offered to fix this for around $200). I was completely blown away. My care needs full synthetic oil and I've been charged upwards of $100 for just an oil change. Southeast was more than affordable and I got one for around half of that. The printout they gave me was very detailed, they didn't offer anything extra than what I was there for and as mentioned before they actually took the time to put the right amount of air in the tires and informed me my sensor was never even broken to begin with. You do need to make an appointment (but I was still able to get in just 2 days out) and drop your car off in the morning. By noon my car was finished and I was able to pick it up. I will absolutely be back and it is honestly the best experience I've ever had at an auto service place. They are very very honest and if you are still considering someplace else, just look at the other 5 star reviews. Southeast is the best!
