He wouldn't even let me set up an appointment to get a new battery installed and instead referred me to youtube videos on this other problem that he was convinced my car had. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced and it was just over the phone. I couldn't imagine what it would be like in person. I would not go here.

I brought my car in because it was making a noise while driving. They had it in their possession for three full days and drove it enough to use up a half a tank of gas. I brought it in full and when I got it back, it was half empty. They said they couldn't find out what the problem was. I ended up taking it to the dealer, and the dealer said that the brakes were metal on metal at this point. I contacted parents and they admitted to me they didn't check the back brakes. I ended up having to get my rotors replaced as well. I don't know if the fact that they drove my car with bad brakes extensively damaged the rotors. my car only has 65,000 miles on it. I just don't think there was any excuse for them not figuring out it was the brakes within one day. Definitely shouldn't take three days and many many miles of driving it to try to "listen for the noise" themselves even though I played audios of what it sounded like for them..

I have had many problems resolved through the green garage including a brake pad replacement, oil changes, and fluid issues. The staff are all very friendly and knowledge. The repair was completed, and I left assuming everything was taken care of. The next day my tire pressure light came on. I figured it probably just needed to be reset after the service. By Monday morning, the tire was completely flat. I called the store expecting them to take responsibility and help resolve the issue, especially since the tire was under warranty and they had just serviced it. Instead, I was told I would need to tow the vehicle back in. I explained that I didn't think I should have to pay for a tow when the problem appeared to be related to the work they had just done. Rather than working toward a solution, the manager, Jonathan, became combative and argumentative. The tone was defensive and dismissive, not helpful. When I asked for the name of his manager or someone I could escalate the issue to, he refused to provide it and acted like there was no one above him. I ended up having to call the main customer service line myself to try to get this resolved. I did not create this issue. The tire was covered under warranty, I brought it in for repair, and shortly after the service the tire was completely flat. A reasonable response would have been an apology, arranging a tow, and correcting the problem. Instead, I was met with resistance and poor customer service. Really frustrating experience, and not what you want when dealing with something that directly affects vehicle safety.
