I asked for special attention to the shelving in the closets only to find they were likely only dusted as the grime was still caked on. Self cleaning of the cabinetry after the clean resulted in the cleaning wipes looking black. The guy cleaning was friendly but ultimately not worth the money spent. EDIT: Since the business owner replied, cleaning looked good upon initial review and comment listed was sent minutes after the cleaner left. Kitchen grime wasn't noticed until moving in, and with respect to offering to come redo/reclean, that offer was not made, just a discount. I'll give an extra star out of fairness for that, but to me the pricing is still inconsistent with the quality

I hired them to clean the common areas of our condo and provided our debt card info for payment as requested. The following days, there were dozens of fraudulent activities detected by my bank (someone used our card to make food purchases). They are the only vendor/party I have ever given our card information to. Again, this is a warning, not an acquisition. But I'll make sure to never use their service again.

Had our move out cleaning service not took 8hrs I would've given 5 stars…read more Naomi was great but very slow. We had a typical move out; sweep, mop, bathrooms, kitchen...inside cabinets, baseboards and fridge are additional costs?!?! Isn't that a full move out cleaning service? It took double the time and we had an internet setup appt to run to at 4pm and she still wasn't finished (She started at 10am...6hrs). We were quoted 4-5hrs...it took 8! We ended up missing our appt and had to miss another day of work. Naomi mentioned "They never give us enough time based off estimates." We did a time check twice to see how much longer. In the future, I think it needs to be clearly communicated exactly how much longer and people can adjust their schedules.

When that little experiment clearly did not work out, we decided to sign back up with Gingerella since my previous experience was so great with them. I was afraid I had just got lucky with my cleaner the first time around, but that was definitely not the case. Our new cleaner Amy was so great and friendly. Easy to work with, and incredibly trustworthy. I absolutely hate having people in my home who I don't know, and I felt totally at ease with Amy. Sadly Amy recently left to pursue an opportunity, but the few times we had to re-schedule while Amy was our cleaner and we got someone else, they were also always super cool and did a great job.

Lyubov and Oksana did a wonderful job on our move-in deep clean. Even though the unit was…read morefurnished, they still gave the unit a thorough deep clean, and the results were amazing. Unlike other services where maids wear outdoor shoes or shoe covers that can tear, which we were worried about, these maids switched into indoor shoes right away and worked efficiently. They finished within the promised two-hour window while leaving the place very clean, including some of the furniture. We were most worried about our bathroom tiles, so we added the Microban disinfection as a paid add-on, in addition to the free green cleaning option. The Microban worked well, and the tiles and grout came out clean. We have to be honest, though: the scent was quite strong, and it took a while for the bathroom to air out afterward. Because of the pungent chemical smell, we asked the maids about the mold cleaner and whether it was part of the green cleaning, and they let us know that it wasn't. A heads-up about the scent and a note that it falls outside the green cleaning option would be helpful additions for future customers. Otherwise, we were happy with how the tiles turned out. Both maids arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and we paid exactly the rate we were quoted. One small hiccup was with scheduling. We chose the flexible arrival window for the discount, and the admin team had told us they could still confirm an exact time the morning of the cleaning day. We called that morning and never got a specific time, so we followed up and were told it was a miscommunication. A bit more clarity on scheduling next time would go a long way. On a positive note for the admin team, they picked up calls quickly and were receptive when we followed up. In short, Lyubov and Oksana were fantastic, and between the honest, reasonable pricing and the excellent cleaning, we would happily recommend Accessmaids and give five stars!

This means no bleach should be used as that's TOXIC to cats. Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking.
