I have brought nearly everyone at my office here to try it out. So far everything on the menu has been delicious. I have had the burger, the various bowls and the chicken sandwich. No duds. The food is nice: we ordered the wontons, fried pork street tacos, and a spicy chicken salad. Everything tasted great. The ambience is mellow and quiet, with good music. The service is a little slow, due to this being a one-person operation when we visited during an unexpectedly busy lunch hour. Oh well. read more

After visit #2 I'm able to speak a little more on the interior and options. Food: great taste! I only wish the proportions on some items were bigger. For instance, nachos were a great size whereas the quesadilla was a little small since it is folded in half. Now to be fair, they are offering these at great prices which is a breathe of fresh air in the current price-hike market. I think a good solution would be to add an option for an extra buck or two to make it a full size quesadilla. That way you can get more without needing to order a second. On another note, the fries were a little overcooked in my opinion. Needed to be a little bit more "crispy and fresh" I love the fact that you can order ahead. Never judge a book by its cover. We were traveling from Sac to Medford for a friend's party and came to have a quick brunch. We saw the rating as very good but when we got there we hesitated as the place was empty and they only had 1 cashier who also prepared the food. Ambiance was kind of relaxing music almost like a massage place but it was plain tables and chairs. But alas came our food. Suprisingly very good! We ordered Baja Bowl, Blu Shroom Burger, Cheese Quesadillas and Smash Burger. Excellent food!!!! Not greasy, very healthy and would probably eat there again! In my opinion tomatoes are one of the worst tasting vegetables ever. Only when I visited Europe, was I able to eat them and actually enjoy them. This restaurant is the first time in three years that I've eaten a tomato and actually enjoyed it! It is so obvious to me that they source their vegetables from organic and local farms. That makes a huge difference in the quality and taste in food these days, and these guys get it. I got their chicken sandwich and was pleased with this flavor of the chicken, how clean it was, how fresh it tasted, and the seasoning. The only con is I didn't like their classic french fries that much, but their ranch was delicious. It also looks like they have some really tasty dessert if you're interested. Down to their was also really smooth and tasted super fresh. Regarding ambience of the place, I'm not a fan of Lofi music, but the selection that they chose in the Lofi world was top-tier. I was actually able to enjoy my meal more because of the music that they chose. The art and the decor in the dining room, as well as the performance venue is fantastic. A basic consideration is to let a customer know when you are not ready to serve a dish when it's being ordered. When my partners plate came out after twenty minutes I was informed that the rice was not ready and it would be an additional 10 minutes. There were only two other customers in the place so I was surprised that they didn't tell me before and ask if I wanted something else. Fifteen minutes later I was informed that they had to refire the chicken. Thirty minutes after my partners meal was served my plate finally arrived. You had to prepay so there was no ability to leave. Other than a lame 'we are sorry' there was no offer of restitution. This was for a plate of chicken, cabbage and rice. I decided to try this place based on menu (I wanted a healthier option) and reviews. I got the Killa Bowl with teriyaki tofu. It took a little while to make, but I strolled around so not a huge deal. Mitch was uber friendly. I think Carlos made the meal. It was a really good sized portion. The killa sauce was super yummy, binding everything together. The tofu was also marinated well. I liked the fresh cabbage mixed in to give the meal a really fresh feel. And, it was $9!!! Holy cow what a deal! I would recommend this spot. read more

Very small counter-ordering restaurant, very small menu, very small availability of dishes from that menu (at least they said in advance what they had, instead of waiting till you ordered something to reveal that they didn't have it), very dull and questionable food. Stopped in during late afternoon after a play. Had a grilled cheese that was really good; my friend had a burger that she said was good. He likes his food spicy and as we were leaving, he mentioned to Mason how good it was. We were able to buy a bottle to bring home to Eugene.
