She can set up something we're she makes the meals in advance but if you live near by the daily meals are great! I've had so many different selections of keto food that I've never had. I've only really stuck to eggs, beacon and avocado as my base keto meal and steak! All the steak! This is as close as you can get to having a private chef, without having to pay the hefty price. I started with the free sampler and was hooked. I've tried other food plans, but they they were not made fresh daily like this and they were not as tailored to my dietary restrictions. I work late, so the fact that I can pick up my meals late is a big plus. Every meal is delicious, wholesome and organic. I never knew healthy, Keto food could taste so good! The only downside is that Mary doesn't deliver outside of Dublin. I've tried a lot of different meal plan companies and switched over to Mary's Keto Kitchen late last year and have been ordering from her ever since. I love that Mary is local to the East Bay, so meals don't come in giant cardboard boxes with blocks of ice, and I like the idea of supporting our local businesses. When I tried ordering low-carb meals with other providers, I found they didn't taste as well as their more carb-heavy meals. Mary makes traditionally carb-heavy dishes like pizza, burritos, lasagna, spaghetti, etc. but substitues carbs for keto ingredients that make the meals provide a similar level of satisfaction. It's great to be able to eat these kinds of dishes without the harmful effects of too much carbs. Getting non-carb food to taste good is actually very hard to do, and this is what Mary does really well. She is also great at creating variety in your meals, so in addition to being able to "indulge" on "carb-like" dishes, there are nice meaty dishes like filet mignon, salmon, lobster tail, and lamb. Speaking about lamb, I actually don't like lamb, so Mary substitutes that for me to craft almost a customized meal plan for me, demonstrating her focus on customer satisfaction.
