Maybe add mayo, Dijon, and sour cream with apples and walnuts? The avocado toast needs to have more flavoring other than just slicing avocado on some toast. Toast was difficult to cut. Try using some balsamic glaze over micro greens/arugula and a little EVO would go a long way. Maybe guacamole for the avocado toast and top with a fried egg (not crispy on the edges). We have found Tony Chachere's seasoning elevates many dishes, and would be a great accent for avocado toast ;) The cookies are dry & flavorless, our toddler wasn't interested in her cookie despite the pretty sprinkles. Instead, I was met with repeated excuses and defensiveness. Despite the clear communication leading up to the event, there was no apology and no acceptance of responsibility for the late delivery. The food itself was good. However, what left the most negative impression was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Delays happen, but customers deserve honest communication and ownership when things go wrong. Unfortunately, because of the way this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business to others and will not be using their services again.

Jessica, the Executive Sales Manager, was fantastic from start to finish -- communicative, accommodating, and incredibly supportive throughout the planning process. She also reassured me that all the food was gluten free (except the rolls) and had vegan/vegetarian options available. On the day of the event, Vicky, Maria, Olivia, Jordyn, Corey, Nitish, Ellie, and Nick were absolutely exceptional. Everything was handled seamlessly and professionally. Their calm, steady presence made such a difference. They checked in at just the right times (never intrusive and always helpful), and anticipated needs before we even had to ask. We received so much positive feedback about both the food and the service; our guests were very impressed. At the end of the event, I hadn't yet had a chance to eat, and the team was so kind and patient, making sure I was taken care of even while they were clearing up (ahead of schedule, so we had no fear of getting close to the "hard stop" time at our event space). Another side note: I was catering snacks rather than a meal. I ended up ordering - tri-tip - mashed potatoes - roasted veggies - assorted bread - lemon garlic salmon - veggie garlic pasta - Greek salad - dinner rolls - fresh fruit display - fresh fruit tarts - petit fours - gluten free mini cupcakes: red velvet, chocolate, vanilla, lemon I appreciate that Priscilla suggested to halve the salmon fillets to have double the number of salmon pieces for guests to have snack portions rather than meal portions. Although mini cupcakes were not listed on her menu, she was able to provide them. Also, you can ask her about gluten free desserts. You can have more than just macarons. Compliments I received... "Did you make the food? The salmon and tri-tip were so juicy." "This is better than most wedding food." 2 people inquired who I used to cater for the event. I received general praise that the food was good. I received explicit praise that the petit fours and fruit tarts were good. The mashed potatoes were thick but good. Passion for catering's setup and tear down went smoothly. It was maybe 20-30 minutes of setup and 10 minutes of tear down. I appreciate that they were able to provide decor for the food tables. She laughed at and corrected me during our brief conversation, making me uncomfortable and quick to move on to another caterer. I am sure she had no ill intentions but as someone who has worked in customer service for seven years this was an unacceptable way to be treated. It came across as rude and thoughtless. I am giving this two stars instead of one because I hate to poorly effect this catering company's ratings because of a phone call, but I was very put off by this interaction.
