Great donuts that are flavorful and reasonably priced. Friendly service and clean store. Always worth supporting local mom and pop establishments. Givie them a try when you are in the area.

We went in for a quick pickup of a dozen donut for an early meeting. There wasn't anyone in line on a Sunday morning. Everyone liked the fresh and tasty donuts. Friendly service too!

burnt fritter, or maybe it was fried in really old oil
    Brenda W.

I've only been to Mary's a few times for donuts. So today I came it for a sandwich and an apple fritter. Maybe it's just because I'm not a regular but all of the workers always act standoffish. Never a greeting when I've walked in. I take my time to look at the sandwich menu and the lady at the sandwich register leaves. So I scoot down, looking at the donuts they have. The donut cashier stands there until I ask about a certain donut in the case. She answers and I order the donuts. I ask, "Do I need to order my sandwich at the other register?" She says yes, but rings it up anyways. I get the California sandwich and two donuts $25.89 with tip. Asked for Jalapeño bread for my sandwich, didn't receive that, no biggie, I can live with that. Sandwich was a little bland. Plain turkey, provolone, mashed avocado, sprouts, tomato. I will have to add a little garlic salt and pepper to the other half. Now, I have been to Mary's before for the Apple fritter and it's been okay. But today, 12/4, my fritter tasted burnt. Not like a little crispy burnt, like burnt to the point that it's the only thing I can taste. Either burnt or they are using really old oil? It's hard to say. Maybe it was a rough morning for production but to burn, then also put out product for sale is never cool. I'd be more understanding if they said they didn't have fritters because they burnt them. Overall a disappointing third and last try at Mary's.

Donuts are fresh and the best part, they are open 24 hours which is perfect for those late night cravings

Hot patrami and provolone no tomato.

We went there today for a breakfast sandwich but ended up with a Hot Patrami and a Bacon, Turkey and Avocado and of course the cream filled donuts. We get home and open the box, this pastrami and provolone has huge. See the pics. This sandwich was delicious. Mary's you are back in rotation!!!! I also saw they have açaí bowls which I'll definitely get next time. As always everyone was so friendly. Big outdoor patio and plenty of parking in the back lot. My husband just said "Mary's makes good sandwiches." We will be back soon!!! Thanks, Mary's Donuts

The sandwiches here are a good size. I know for me I was shocked to see how pricey their menu was but I think that it was totally worth it. I got the Veggie sandwich and my partner got a breakfast sandwich. I really enjoyed how fresh my sandwich was and the breakfast sandwich was very savory and had a good kick to it with the chipotle mayo sauce. I would come back here to try other things on their menu.

Recent reviews show how down hill this place is going. Went back for ONE freaking donut a few days after my last review. Two ladies again, older one with white/blonde hair on the bigger side and the other tanned with dark hair and glasses and also on the bigger side. They're about the same in every way. No greeting, no smile, wtf like it's a donut shop you don't expect much but at least say hi so I'm not STANDING there. And again I ordered one donut, she seemed annoyed and I was waiting for my receipt and she's all "you can grab it"???? Since when? Can't hand me my single donut, slides it across the counter, and can't hand me my receipt? Alpine donut shop gives all the smiles and my service will continue to support them with the freshest donuts.

Some cake, donuts, and some eclairs and some jelly filled.

Share an appetizer- we picked passion fruit shrimp cocktail which was 8 large poached shrimp with a passion fruit forward cocktail sauce and a charred lemon. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the charred lemon added a nice touch. We each picked an entree of the 2 offered - Ginger Glazed Wild Salmon and Grilled ribeye. The salmon was on top of couscous with baby grilled zucchini. The salmon had crispy skin and was fork tender just flaked right off and was very flavorful. The rib eye was grilled medium and covered in a peppercorn demi gravy that was so luxurious. I was half tempted to lick the plate. The pesto baby golden potatoes were like individual servings of mashed potatoes which paired nicely with the rib eye and charred asparagus. Share the dessert - Raspberry Chocolate Bombe- was expecting more chocolate than the 2 small heart shaped cookies which did not have a forward chocolate taste but more of a sugar cookie feel. The "bombe" was Raspberry ish mousse covered in a firm Raspberry jelly on top of a thin butter wafer/cookie with fresh strawberries and blueberries which were tossed in sugar. Every course was brought out timely and the presentation of each dish was exquisite. Everything was well seasoned and the appropriate temperature right down to the chilled plate and spoons for dessert. Plenty of seating and service was impeccable. Definitely will be returning WITH RESERVATIONS lesson learned.

It's a beautiful restaurant, very light and bright, looked elegant but casual. We had a reservation for a party of 13. From the moment we sat down to the end of our meal, Nico our server was awesome! He was so friendly and efficient throughout. And there were other employees that would come to our table periodically to ask how we were doing. We ordered various menu items, I had the steak frites with chimichurri on side and truffle fries. Absolutely delicious! My 12 ounce ribeye steak was cooked perfectly medium-rare and the fries were nice and crisp. I literally could bathe in the chimichurri sauce it was so good, the best I've ever had. All the food was so visually appealing I wasn't able to take a lot of photos of the food-we were hypnotized lol. For dessert we shared banana splits, sorbets and parfaits and we left all satisfied. Also the Wilson Creek Almond Sparkling Wine (or champagne) they use for the mimosas is wonderful! I didn't even add any juice to it, great by itself. Overall, it was a great experience and I strongly recommend it for just casual enjoyment or for celebrations. You won't be disappointed.
