Rather than purchasing a new iMac I checked with the Geek Garage to replace the hard drive with a 1TB SSD. They had it for less than a week and did a fantastic job. I am throughly satisfied with the professional and courteous service from the Geek Garage and highly recommend them! Thank you Hayden & Kolby for doing a great job! J.P.E

When I moved into a new home, I bought an oven, microwave, overhead exhaust fan, 3 refrigerators,…read moredishwasher, and 2 stands ...a total in excess of $9k. The third refrigerator was problematic and I spoke with B&B while the appliance was still under warranty to which they said, sounds like it as coming unplugged. The problems became more acute and I requested a service call. The serviceman came out and described the refrigerator as cheap piece of junk and unrepairable. Initially, I did say I would come in and buy a new one but I had to move and I opted not to buy another "cheap piece of junk. Today, while unaware of service bill, I get a very aggressive and threatening phone call demanding I pay $150 for a 5 minute service call. Rather than receive another threatening phone call. I guess I will pay. My mistake was patronizing B&B because they were local but frankly I would have paid less , received a military discount, and been treated much better. My advise is Lowe's and Home Depot has better quality and profoundly better customer service.

Although the repairmen are nice enough, they don't follow through. I've been waiting since October…read more11th for them to fix the dryer in my apartment. People keep coming out, futzing with it for a few minutes, then declaring "it needs another new part". This has happened THREE TIMES. Last time they were here, October 17, I was told that the new part would be in this week and they'd be back this week. Tomorrow's Friday , Oct. 25, and I haven't heard a damn thing from them. I'd have called in someone else by now, but the apartment corp insists on working with them for some reason. IF I have another appliance problem, I'm going to insist they use someone else besides B&B. The one star is ONLY because the repair techs were polite during the very short times they were here. UPDATE: 10-28. After calling B&B last Friday and getting assurances that they'd call me back that same day, BUT NEVER DID, I'd had enough. By today (Monday) my apartment manager still hadn't gotten anywhere with them, so I asked if we could just exchange a working dryer from an empty apartment, and they could deal with B&B without me in the middle of it. I got my "new" dryer within 2 hours. B&B has TERRIBLE customer service!! I'd give them NO stars if it were possible.

Had an incident in the parking lot leaving our car door severely damaged. Filed a police report…read more CSPD told me to work with the store to see if they had parking lot video. In all, it took 9 calls (phone cut off, messages unreturned, etc.). Eventually the CSPD determined there was not any usable video evidence. For a billion-dollar company not to have good video coverage of their parking lot for security purposes is a telling problem and second rate. Good thing no one was assaulted out there. Will not shop there ever again.

Our problems led us to contacting the regional manager, who gave me his name as the RM that had been fired a month before and did absolutely nothing about the issues we presented to them. To top it all off the couch we purchased had components that didn't work (USB, backing piece of the armrest broke) and we asked for them to be repaired, that was in December, it's now September of the following year and nothing. We are paying out our account tomorrow, and we will not only talk to people about their service and products but pre-warn them about the issues they absolutely WILL encounter. The day I hear they closed their company for good is going to be a good day...I'll sleep much more sound knowing they won't target people and syphon their money at every corner they can. Seriously so happy I found this crew!!! They will do great!…read more My home internet has been terrible for far too long and it's been frustrating trying to find something else..... the only thing that seemed like it would solve our problems was Starlink...: my husband wouldn't commit to helping me install it and wanted me to find someone who could do it and do it right! I poked around on the internet and I mainly ended up with random companies that were not "local" then I found Next Step Communications... I did their online form to get them to contact me and they did so basically instantly. The best part was that it was an actual person and not an automated system response. Jason & Ryan were on top of it and ready to help me however they could. I asked tons of questions and serval I probably asked serval times. My husband had some questions that I emailed them back and forth about. In no time it was evident that they were the ones that we wanted to install Starlink. The starlink equipment was ordered and the installation was scheduled. My starlink came sooner than expected and they adjusted their schedule to accommodate the early installation Their crew to install was two very nice guys who did a great job. Not only did they bring their booties to wear in the house but they literally had everything they needed in their vehicle. Ive had several different installers that have came to my home over the years and it usually stresses me out because they make an absolute mess and they have zero respect for your clean home and nice things. BUT Next Step Communications did a great job on the installation of my new Starlink service! The service requested was definitely completed with 100% satisfaction! It was so pleasant to have this experience with the crew from Next Step Communications. They even had a little shop vac to clean up behind themselves. Drop cloths, ladders of every size, mounts and cords for the starlink to adjust to their needs for this particular project. I felt 100% comfortable the entire time they were here and they were a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys for doing a nice job and doing your job, very well that is!
