Had an incident in the parking lot leaving our car door severely damaged. Filed a police report. CSPD told me to work with the store to see if they had parking lot video. In all, it took 9 calls (phone cut off, messages unreturned, etc.). Eventually the CSPD determined there was not any usable video evidence. For a billion-dollar company not to have good video coverage of their parking lot for security purposes is a telling problem and second rate. Good thing no one was assaulted out there. Will not shop there ever again. read more

Too small for a town this big. Needs to be a super target, and the parking lot needs to be fixed. Has holes everywhere and the aisles are too small to drive down, you almost hit cars. I put my money to the one in Fort Collins, it's worth the drive. read more

Garbage checkout system. Had Ps5 in stock, but sold it out of my cart during checkout while I was inputting my credit card info. Walmart, Best Buy, etc. all have a better system, they'll hold the item for in a queue while you input your credit card, shipping address, etc. Nope, not target. They'll just sel it right out of your cart. read more

I have never been treated so rudely by someone as I was by the "greeter" at Target this afternoon. I went in to get my husband's prescription at CVS which is inside Target. When I walked in the greeter said (no hello or welcome to Target) just "the riding carts are over there". I didn't hear him at first so I said, "excuse me?" And he literally snapped back at me very snotty and repeated himself. I said, "I'm sorry sir I didn't hear you. No need to be so rude." I kept on going while he's in the background trying to apologize. I wasn't having it. You do NOT treat customers that way and why assume I need a riding cart on first sight? Because I'm heavy? That was my guess. I have never felt so degraded nor been treated so rudely. I tried stopping at the service desk on my way out but there was no one there so I left. I didn't want to spend one more minute in that store!! I will never go in there again. I did call the store and spoke to a manager, Antonio, and was told he would speak to the employee and HR about it. We'll see. read more

Its a Target. I go here to avoid the Walmart people. That said, where are the obese mens mannequins? I see the heavy women represented, but not overweight men. There should be some "Dad-bod" representation. Also they keep rearranging the store. Stop with that. I'm just there to find the thing you don't have anyway. read more

The Dollar Store of Targets. This is not a terrible knock. It's still definitely a Target, and that does set the bar higher. Being from the Twin Cities, I appreciate me some Target, and for a certain kind of shopping I accept no substitutes. Neighbor's kid's birthday? Target. Giant Tootsie rolls? Target. Over the counter drugs? Falls right on Target! This one is small though, and pretty sad. The grocery section is tiny, a few aisles hanging limping between checkout and electronics. There were also several big chunks of the store where there was nothing; shelves stripped bare. For product abundance and selection, it was a little like shopping at a Target a couple weeks after a natural disaster. Like I say though, it's still a Target and I'll be damned if I can leave without dropping at least twenty bucks. Also, it's Wyoming, the next best alternative is Walmart. read more

I purchased a Queen Greatest Hits album that skipped incessantly right out of the package. In forty years, I have never bought an new album that was this damaged. As I was dropping the album at Returns and Exchanges, I mentioned that I would like to get a few other things and wondered if I could check out there when I returned with the new copy of the album. I was told I needed to go through check out for other items and then come to Returns to exchange the album. Why? So inconvenient..... but fine. Could not find any of the other items I was looking for so I went to get the album. At least I wouldn't have to stand in two lines. I could not find the albums. They had been obviously moved since the last time I was there. I found an employee stocking a bottom shelf and asked where the albums were. She did not stand up or look me in the eye, but simply stated it is down the aisle a few rows. Went to look again and could not find them. I returned to the employee and stated I still could not find it. She then sighs and tells a younger associate passing by to help me. He leads me down four aisles and back against the wall. No wonder I could not find it. I scoured the single rack and could not find another copy. I returned to Returns and Exchanges and told a different cashier that I had come to exchange an album but could not find another copy. She handed me back the damaged album. I explained that I did not want the defective album back. I wanted a refund since they did not have another one available for exchange. She then started in with it is store policy to only exchange opened albums. I reiterated that there was not an album available so that I could exchange the Queen Greatest Hits album. She then wrote down five numbers and told me I could go purchase anything that has a code that starts with those five numbers. What?! I explained that I had specifically searched out that album and it was the album I wanted. She then suggested I take it home and come back later to see if they had it for exchange. I had one week left to exchange or return. Then they could easily refuse to replace it altogether. I explained that I spent a good chunk of money on this particular album. She snarked I can see that! Finally, I insisted that she give me a replacement Queen Greatest Hits album or refund my money. The product was defective! She refunded my money all the while being rude over having to make me whole. I encountered four different employees while in this store and only one was helpful. The others were dismissive if not downright rude. I recommend you never purchase albums from Target. I myself will never set foot in this store again. read more

Target is tbe best. I wpuld rather come to taret over the competitor any day. Great variety on products,cloyhes,supplies ,etc. Always great customer service and clearance sections. Also they offer a target debit card which saves you 5% every time you shop. Thanks for the all round great service. read more

It seems Target has progressively gone down in many ways in the last year or two. I've had to return a few items and most of the people I've dealt with are very unfriendly, especially the store manager! There are never any checkouts open, only self checkout. Very poor customer service all over in this store! I used to be a die hard Target girl, but not anymore. I rarely go here now. It's pretty sad. I think I'm even going to delete the Target icon from my phone. I have such a bad taste for this Target. The newer Target in Fort Collins is so much better!!!! read more

I enjoyed my shopping experience and the product until I got to the front and there were ZERO cashier lines open. The only option was the self check out. If I'm only buying a couple things, I don't mind doing self check out. If this is turning in to a self-check out store, the prices need to be lowered. I won't be back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was shopping for toilet paper and soap and before I made my way to that isle, I went to the restroom. When I came out of the restroom I was greeted by a 30-something lady worker with a nasty smirk. She said " I have to ask you to leave, you've had several warning from staff and some customer complaints." I replied with " I didn't do anything, what are you talking about?" She put her arm on my shoulder and forced me to leave the store. I will not be returning. I don't like Walmart, but any Walmart is better than this particular target. read more

Target seems to be a bit cheaper (in quality and price) than JC Penney, but significantly better quality than WalMart. The service was polite. I did not have any trouble returning a product which did not fit well. read more

First time shopping at this Target location on 1/4/15. Had a good experience. Plenty of parking. Store is very clean. Check out clerk was very helpful and kind. The only complaint I have is I thought the store could have been better stocked. Seems like they were out of a lot of things and stocking hadn't been done in awhile. This might also be due to the holidays. Overall..I will definitely return to this location! A++ read more

This is my favorite department store in Cheyenne. My only wish is that they were a Super Target, so I'd never have to step foot into Wal-Mart again. Even though I set up my baby registry at a Target in Ft. Collins, I finished it here, and the staff was very friendly and helpful at both locations. I also think it was easy for people to shop for me, and I didn't receive duplicate gifts either. They also sent me 10% off coupon so that I could buy the rest of the items on my registry at a discount. All in all, a very positive experience. read more

This is the worst Target I've ever shopped at. The stock people are in your way until well into the afternoon, having loud conversations and being rude. They allow their lines to become insanely long for the amount of staff walking around - and when the poor cashiers ask for backup, you hear other employees on the walkie-talkies saying, "I'm on my break, leave me alone!" If you go right in when they open up, they are holding a staff meeting by the registers and can't be bothered to help you check out. I've called numerous times and complained about this and management tells me it's just too bad. read more

This store is my go to store for many things. Forget walmart and I was impressed by the high high quality of service for such a large store. I was offered assistance by multiple employees on several visits. I don't even have to look for an employee to ask a question. Also they have good trendy things for my house plus all the essentials I need. The prices are very competitive and the price difference is not high enough to justify shopping somewhere else. I always get what I need and maybe even a little something else fun when I shop here. Also I must say a certain employee that works here I find so sexy and sometimes come in just to look at him. I will definately keep returning for more great experiences here. read more
