    If I could give lower then a zero, I would. Let me start out by saying, I did customer service for over 30 yrs, so I am very conscious of it where ever I go. In 2021, my husband and I bought a recliner there, for $400. After the 1st yr I thought it was my imagination, that the edges of the arms, were tearing. but it wasn't. Little by little, it started tearing, everywhere. On the arm on the right side is a big tear. But let me back up. About 10 months ago at least, I went back to the store w/the bill of sale and talked to a girl behind the desk. she looked up the chair we had bought and said..they no longer carry that brand, but if I wanted, they could order the material for that chair, which...we would pay for AND they could send someone out to fix it, which, we ALSO would pay for!!!! I was blown away..first of all, we were pretty nice because when we bought it, we bought it in April, but didn't get it till June or July because it had to come from "Wisconsin." And this was around covid time still, so we were patient and understanding..Then they charged us $80 to put it together, it took then about 30 seconds to do so!!! My husband and I are senior citizens..So I just went back again, last week. This time a "salesman" came up front to talk to me, basically his conversation was, "We're sorry, your just out of luck.." because he said that's why they discontinued carrying that brand of chair because the material it's made from does just that...tears!!!! and since we didn't buy "insurance to protect ourselves....oh well!!!!" I was absolutely in shock..this is terrible, terrible Customer Service...TERRIBLE...I'm 77 and my husband is 70. Why would be buy insurance. We don't have any kids, we had a dog that's also a senior citizen and can hardly get around and our pets never were allowed on furniture anyway..I told him the only reason we bought this chair was because we had another recliner from American Furniture and there really wasn't anything wrong with it, we'd just had it for 10 yrs or more and I just wanted a new recliner! We should of just kept the old one...it wasn't even TORN, So GO TO AMERICAN FURNITURE..IT'S A DRIVE BUT THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR FURNITURE, WE BOUGHT OTHER STUFF THERE ALSO. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT, NOT, NOT, BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE..I SUSPECT THEY WILL BE CLOSING THEIR DOORS ANY DAY SOON, BECAUSE THEY TREAT THE PUBLIC HORRIBLY..PLEASE SEE PICTURES OF OUR CHAIR BELOW...     Kim was a really great sales person. She greeted us n asked briefly what we were interested in,…read moreshowed us where they were and then stepped back and let me and my husband just shop by ourselves. I can't stand when people hover so I really took note of the fact that she respected our privacy. She was fun, engaging, and erudite. Just a real pleasure to shop with. I tried out several loveseats and recliners. And ended up getting a loveseat with two recliners. Well, I don't care for the fabric but . I do love the chair, itself. I wish I could afford to have gotten a custom covered, but oh well, I'm old and retired. The delivery was within 48 hours and they even asked to come early, which was a bonus for me. The two young men that delivered the couch and took away my old one, we're very friendly and knew their job, and did it very quickly. They were both very sweet. I like the fact that my new recliner thing has a three year Warranty and a 10 year warranty on some of the parts. I don't plan on trashing it and throwing it about, so I'm pretty sure it'll last 10 years. It's very puffy and fluffy and soft. It was a little more$$, than I wanted to spend, but I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to furniture? I also appreciated the fact that Kim told us that all the pieces were made in America. Which made me stay, at that store! I like to hear that Americans are working for other, Americans. It's a quality item and one that I'll be sitting on for the next decade I'm sure. Overall, the whole shopping experience I would give it 10 starss. And again, Kim was a Very knowledgeable and helpful sales lady. I would shop there again, the next time I need a quality piece of furniture. Quit buying Chinese junk all you people out there! Instead, support, hard-working Americans.

The chair had to be ordered and was delivered several weeks before the estimated date. The delivery men were careful and courteous. I went to Clure Brothers because I bought a sofa and loveseat from them 26 years ago which is still in good condition and which I have never had any desire to replace.

    I went to this store because they had a decent selection of purple mattresses. I went in and told…read morethe salesperson I needed a bed and frame. I found the bed I wanted and then I started looking at adjustable bases. I was told the bases came with a 10 year warranty and $100 off bases costing $1000 or more. The only base available was the middle one for $1000. It wasn't the one I wanted but I said okay. Here's the kick in the pants. No discount on the frame because the actual cost was $999.99, one penny short. (imagine that) The 10 year warranty is not included, it actually costs $99.95. The manager said that's automatically added on to which I replied, you said they came with a 10 year warranty, not that one was available for purchase. He didn't seem to grasp the difference. After a few minutes I decided it's not my job to educate this person on being accurate with the information you give a customer regarding price. I said have a nice day and walked out. I can afford to throw my money around, but I won't have a salesman do it for me and act like it's no big deal. There are plenty of other places to spend my money and when it's thousands of dollars, I expect at least a basic level of competence.

He is very knowledgeable and not in a hurry to find what mattress is best. I highly recommend the right mattress since we sleep one third of our lives ! I had a bad experience in Ft Collins, had to return Mattress .
