This is beyond unprofessional at this point. What was supposed to be a simple dryer repair has turned into the biggest headache and cost us our deposit. Save yourself the problem and avoid at all cost. Don't use him, his very unprofessional. When he does actually show up or answer the phone. We had to use him through warranty for a dryer repair, he damaged my dryer, washer and my wall then lied and tried to blame the company I bought the dryer from. Its been over 2 months (Jan 29 is then this happen) we've heard nothing back. His had the parts since shortly after he caused the damages according to the our dryer company. Never even tried to make it right or fix the damages HE caused.

I asked a gentleman named Andrew for some advice as I don't necessarily know what I'm looking for. I wanted something stronger than the previous laser level I had. And I asked about one that was $149. He said it should work for what I was looking for. I wanted to read the box to determine but since it was a locked up item I had to first purchase it. I decided (poorly) to purchase a cheaper one. Well since I purchased it, I decided to open it and test it out. Turns out it was not going to work for what I needed it for. So I returned it. The lady at the returns desk was semi understanding the first time. Than I decided (poorly again) to purchase the more expensive one in hopes it would work better. Well it did not. So I decided to purchase the original one I should've just went with the first time. But the entire time, every employee(the self checkout, the customer service desk etc) werel staring us down, making sure we weren't stealing (items we had paid for let me remind you) and hassled my husband during the return. I understand they were doing their jobs but why would I purchase and continue to purchase an item to try it out to see if it was what I needed it for and how it would work just to "steal it"? Being treated like a criminal when you are being upfront and honest with the employees isn't a great feeling. We didn't do anything wrong, you had no reason to ask which door we came in, where we parked or what we were driving. When all we were trying to do was purchase a laser level that we couldn't test without purchasing and instead of dragging our cranky toddler to and from the store three times, we just tried it out in the parking lot. My apologies for the long review but the whole story was needed to explain that employees staring down, making phone calls to the other side of the store, and asking those types of questions isn't necessary when someone is trying to navigate something they aren't familiar with. What's the point of returns or accepting them if you are going to judge someone for buying a similar item because the one they first purchased didn't work? Also might I add if I was going to steal why would I show up with a very noticeable feature, (ie my hair is neon orange) Not everyone is a criminal.

On top of that, he showed me why the dryer was saying it was 80% or more blocked at the vent by blowing out the entirety of the vent. Lowe's delivery service is a sham. My mother wanted Lowes to deliver 15 bags of manure. So, she…read morepaid Lowes 40 bucks to deliver it, but Lowes gave the delivery to DoorDash. Effectively, making the DoorDash person deliver the manure in his tiny car. As verified by the delivery person, door dash didn't receive the 40 bucks to deliver the manure. Therefore, Lowes got 40 dollars for doing nothing! One thing is for sure; my mother will never have anything delivered from Lowes again. Since she felt guilty, she felt I had to pay the delivery driver 10 bucks in tips. My advice, never ever use Lowe's delivery service.

I can say they were hit hard on several levels during COVID. I wouldn't judge any store by their reviews during COVID. But I have rarely had problems with finding someone who won't drop everything to give me a hand. There are a couple employees who might be a little less than cordial on occasion, but they always do their job and I leave with what I need or an idea where to find it if they don't. I've always been able to find someone who would be willing to help me brainstorm on odd project. Cheyenne Lowes is always my go to if I'm going to a big box home improvement store.

To top it all off the couch we purchased had components that didn't work (USB, backing piece of the armrest broke) and we asked for them to be repaired, that was in December, it's now September of the following year and nothing. We are paying out our account tomorrow, and we will not only talk to people about their service and products but pre-warn them about the issues they absolutely WILL encounter.
