This is beyond unprofessional at this point. What was supposed to be a simple dryer repair has turned into the biggest headache and cost us our deposit. Save yourself the problem and avoid at all cost. Don't use him, his very unprofessional. When he does actually show up or answer the phone. We had to use him through warranty for a dryer repair, he damaged my dryer, washer and my wall then lied and tried to blame the company I bought the dryer from. Its been over 2 months (Jan 29 is then this happen) we've heard nothing back. His had the parts since shortly after he caused the damages according to the our dryer company. Never even tried to make it right or fix the damages HE caused.

First off I usually don't leave reviews, but I was blown away with the quality of work that Cole did! !No carpet company employee has ever taken as much time to clean my carpets! A very thorough job is an understatement. Cole is a consciencious and very courteous young man. The price was fair and equally competitive with carpet cleaners locally. I will be using Cowboy Jones from now on! PS: If I may, just a note to Cole's boss. I sure hope you are paying this young man a fair salary because he certainly deserves it!

The technician showed up on time and was extremely professional. The cleaning for a 700 sq ft took about an 1.5 hours. The quality was amazing and they got all the hard stains out of the carpet. They returned our call and came out immediately. There was an issue with the wire in the wall, so they had to rerun wire for the outlet, it was definitely more complicated that just replacing the outlet. Israel and Aaron were very considerate while removing wood paneling wall covering and sheetrock to access needed junctions. They ended up spending half a day, tracing wires and rewiring the wall outlet. Pricing seemed fair for the work, even though it took longer than any of us thought it would. They cleaned up and put things back to the best of their ability, ran the new wiring behind the base board no no visible sheet rock damage. We had them quote fixing a 220v heater, installing 2 new 220v thermostats, running electrical to our detached garage, and upgrading the electrical box. We ended up hiring them to do all that work as well as an additional outdoor light fixture. They got all the appropriate permits and inspections (we've worked with some that don't even though they say they do) A very good experience with Quality workmanship, very considerate to clean up after themselves, and conscience of their work and environment.

Dispute Business -Travis Spears, Electric and Solar Specialists…read moreProblem - had verbal agreement, 1/2 down and the rest when job completed, and I have written proof. Business has failed to finish job; "breach of contract" because he "was afraid we wouldn't pay him". He is currently suing us for "nonpayment of invoices" outside our original agreement. Has forced me to hire another contractor to finish the work. Apparently intends to place a lien on our property at 9906 Fox Ridge Drive, Cheyenne outside our contract terms. He has repeatedly wanted to "change the agreement terms", has repeatedly "demanded we pay him in full even though he hasn't finished the job", and to date has refused to come back to finish the job. Because of his demonstrated smart-mouth, hot-headedness, egocentric nature and trigger temper, he has shown a great lack of business knowledge, no customer satisfaction knowledge, and gross lack of personal or business integrity.

I asked for a discreet refund via email. He called me at 20:00 after business, and decided to throw blame on the customer for, literally his words "cheaping out". I'm not sure a professional service is supposed to call his own services a "cheap out". It is definitely not satisfactory to my former management, clearly, and they have and will leave the job unfinished as soon as you leave the premises. I don't appreciate being called at 8pm at night time instead of email, I don't like being played with my money, I don't like people who cheap themselves and their clientele out, and I don't like their empty promises of professionalism
