I honestly can't believe how clean they turned out, I thought there was no way they could look like this after years of kids and dogs and stains. A friend of mine had to replace the pad on his carpet after another company in town cleaned his carpet from leaving it too wet and it molded. I told him about this "horror story" as I was worried about the same situation and he even volunteered to bring in industrial drying fans to help me feel better but in the end, they were so dry there was certainly no need for them. Next day, after drying, it looked like it was barely touched and does not look clean. I watched him "clean" the couch. He soaked it to sit as he did the floors. This is good...understand why. However when it was time to clean the couch, I could swear it took all of 10 minutes to do. Watching him, he did not take the time to slow down and allow the truck to pull the water out, he rushed the job. I will not use, or recommend this company. Watered down cleaning solution on couches does not work. I could not even smell a cleaning solution, only water when the couch was soaking.
