The technician showed up on time and was extremely professional. The cleaning for a 700 sq ft took about an 1.5 hours. The quality was amazing and they got all the hard stains out of the carpet. A friend of mine had to replace the pad on his carpet after another company in town cleaned his carpet from leaving it too wet and it molded. I told him about this "horror story" as I was worried about the same situation and he even volunteered to bring in industrial drying fans to help me feel better but in the end, they were so dry there was certainly no need for them.
