Before scheduling Bobbie explained the service they provide and it was quite impressive. They texted when they were on the way, and showed up right on time. They wasted no time in getting to work. During the service DJ diagnosed the issue and also found a few gas leaks. He fixed those, and tested everything when completed and WOW, what a difference. But when they installed a new stove, only one person showed up and he was new and ended up dropping the stove because he couldn't get it up the stairs on the deck. After the install, the stove has leaked, causing my windows to smoke up and the carbon monoxide detector to go off. And the worst part is, Randy won't take responsibility for it and so I am being forced to file a complaint with Larimer County and take legal action.
