We booked our reservation online, and we got one of the last 2 available sites for our 7 day stay. Upon arrival, the entrance was a tight turn and then there was another RV checking in that was blocking the roadway. We tried to pull off to the side, but you cannot hide a 40 ft motorhome very easily. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. We were able to pull straight through the park, across an alley type road, and into the southern portion of the park where our site was located. After getting settled, we discovered that the other section of the park was under construction, so we were glad we chose the southern section. The sites are close, but separated by small rail fences. This was nice to designate each area, especially for those campers who like to spread out to their site limits. During our stay, the park would nearly empty and refill each night. It was a busy park, but we were not bothered by the activity. There were a couple longer term folks too. They offered two laundry rooms, and bath houses in each section. We did not use these amenities. They also sell propane on site and offer a dump station for use if you aren't staying in the park. There was a Hunt Brother's pizza in the building with the office. I spoke to the staff when checking in, and they gave me a menu and told me to call ahead to order. When we decided to give them a try, I attempted to call several times but no one ever answered the phone. I walked up to the office and tracked down someone who took my order and told me 15 minutes for a pizza and some buffalo chicken bites. When I returned to pick them up, no one was there and my food was in a pick up station/warmer. I wanted some blue cheese for dipping the chicken bites so I asked in the office and they gave me some sauce. They billed my credit card on file with the park. When I got back to my RV, I noticed that they had billed a second charge for a $1.00 for the blue cheese. I wished they would have told me that when I asked about it, or better yet, offered it when I made my original order. The pizza was good but had canned mushrooms rather than fresh. The chicken bites tasted good according to my husband. I think this park is one of the better options for this area. Once they get the construction done to upgrade the sites and utilities, it will be even better. I'm not sure I'll get the pizza again, but it was convenient for sure.

This is beyond unprofessional at this point. What was supposed to be a simple dryer repair has turned into the biggest headache and cost us our deposit. Save yourself the problem and avoid at all cost. Don't use him, his very unprofessional. When he does actually show up or answer the phone. We had to use him through warranty for a dryer repair, he damaged my dryer, washer and my wall then lied and tried to blame the company I bought the dryer from. Its been over 2 months (Jan 29 is then this happen) we've heard nothing back. His had the parts since shortly after he caused the damages according to the our dryer company. Never even tried to make it right or fix the damages HE caused.

The problems became more acute and I requested a service call. The serviceman came out and described the refrigerator as cheap piece of junk and unrepairable. Initially, I did say I would come in and buy a new one but I had to move and I opted not to buy another "cheap piece of junk. Today, while unaware of service bill, I get a very aggressive and threatening phone call demanding I pay $150 for a 5 minute service call. Rather than receive another threatening phone call. I guess I will pay. My mistake was patronizing B&B because they were local but frankly I would have paid less , received a military discount, and been treated much better. My advise is Lowe's and Home Depot has better quality and profoundly better customer service.

People keep coming out, futzing with it for a few minutes, then declaring "it needs another new part". This has happened THREE TIMES. Last time they were here, October 17, I was told that the new part would be in this week and they'd be back this week. Tomorrow's Friday , Oct. 25, and I haven't heard a damn thing from them. I'd have called in someone else by now, but the apartment corp insists on working with them for some reason. IF I have another appliance problem, I'm going to insist they use someone else besides B&B. The one star is ONLY because the repair techs were polite during the very short times they were here. UPDATE: 10-28. After calling B&B last Friday and getting assurances that they'd call me back that same day, BUT NEVER DID, I'd had enough. By today (Monday) my apartment manager still hadn't gotten anywhere with them, so I asked if we could just exchange a working dryer from an empty apartment, and they could deal with B&B without me in the middle of it. I got my "new" dryer within 2 hours. B&B has TERRIBLE customer service!! I'd give them NO stars if it were possible.
