Why would www.ashleyfurniture.com advertise an item where the customer would then have to pay a stocking fee?!! He claimed they were independently owned. Every time I contact them, I get a run around. NEVER a date on when the set will be done. Always just, maybe next week, maybe the week after. Never a commitment. No one at this company takes responsibility, or will commit to services that have been fully paid for months ago. Credit card company has already been contacted to dispute. Attorney has stated we have a case since the legal definition of a sale is a transaction where funds transferred in exchange for product or services. We have upheld our end of the sale by providing full payment. Natures Touch has not completed the sale and has violated the contract.
