Wise farmers tell us: when looking for a new tractor or implement, first pick a great local dealer. Then select what to purchase there. I really wanted to get a much bigger Deere tractor for this larger lot. But not after visiting and interacting with this one. These folks are pleasant but they struck me as inefficient and uninformed on their own products. And when I educated them on their own product they turned non responsive. That's not where I will purchase from. I want a local dealer who is informed and responsive. Now I see why there are so many orange tractors in this area. read more

These people are awesome. Been helping the family for ages now. And now me the grandkid got their first tractor. Worked with my husband and I closely thru the process. Explaining things more Than once. Husband deployed and I'm a disabled vet with three month old and newly two year old and they had grace and patience with questions and tiredness. Got it delivered helping a mountain community of people with road grading and building. Works great and cannot say how please we are. Explained multiple times on what does what and how to use it. Signed a purchase order on a used tractor. I was promised a box blade but when the tractor showed up it did not have one with it. i Was hoping they would get me 1. Instead they sold the tractor to someone else the next day. (I guess signing PO's doesn't mean anything to them. The Manager Chris M. Promised to make things "right". He quoted me a "deal" on a used John Deere. It arrived having several problems, although it went thru 2 of their shops. Awful experience and never got a tractor. read more

We're from Cheyenne - not sure why our profile name shows California. We are very pleased with our new tractor! We took delivery of a sub-compact 1025R to manage our 5 acres. The team helped us find the best tractor for our needs of mowing, yard work and snow removal. All the options were clearly explained to us and all of our questions were answered. There was no pressure to buy. Emails and phone calls were answered fast. Then, we made our decision. The buying process was super easy. When we took delivery, we soon learned that the mower deck had an alignment issue from the factory. 4 Rivers rushed out to pick up our new tractor, return it to the shop and get the issue resolved. They worked with John Deere engineers to get the issue resolved and returned our tractor in 48 hours. So, not only was our buying experience superb, but we got a chance early in our ownership to put the service team thru a test.
