    I have been wanting to make my own hat for a while now. Did my famous Google search for custom…read morecowboy hats while in Cheyenne and WildJTrading popped up. This is a true example of a mom and pop shop. I looked at their website and Instagram posts. Due to it being owner ran she is not open like big stores. Make sure to call or message on Facebook or instagram to get times or book an appointment through her website. I was only in town a few days so I needed to go on Saturday. I reached out via messenger on instagram and was contacted back within an hour. She was not open on Saturday because she was having a pop up event at a local brewery. $85 for a beer, hat and accessories. That was a great deal. In store prices can range from $90-$200 depending on the hat and accessories you pick. Got to brewery at 12, hats were first come first served. I tried on a few colors until it settled on my tan hat. Next step was to pick the accessories to make your hat truly yours. I picked ribbon, flowers, feathers, cards, and even had it branded. Whole process took about 1 hour, even with about 15 other people in there for the same thing. Next time I am in town I will be going back to Wild J Trading to get another hat.

There is always a great selection of items to shop from and great customer service. The pieces Jenn brings in are better than local department stores, and always great quality. I have also had my old felt and straw hats updated through the large selection of hat accessories the store has to offer. Can't recommend this place enough - love shopping local with people who love the community.

She will answer any questions you need regarding sizing/fit & she even has tried on items for me to send me a picture of how it fits on a real person! Now that she knows my personal style, I have had her pick out items for me for several events & she also gets the exact look I'm going for. Not to mention she always ships items so fast! Right before Covid hit, I had been chatting with Devon about wedding dresses & wedding festivity dresses... Since we were getting down to the last minute, she actually called the wedding dress vendors to see if there was any way they could ship me a sample so that I would have it in time. The Desperado Depot goes above & beyond for all of her customers & I will be a customer for life now!

    I have been corporate since April. They cold called me saying I'd missed a 389.00 payment and if I…read morepaid it right away they'd dismiss the fees! I told them I had bill pay through my bank and I'd pay it by May 10th he agreed and I also said I didn't receive a bill, they told me I was on electronic statements (today I was told there was no e-mail on file). I states when I receive a paper bill I'll pay it. He said he'd send it to me. I went onto bill pay and paid the 389 and set the date for may 10th. I kept getting calls anyway. I get a call after the 10th and bring up my bill pay and sure enough the bill was paid! I told them I would give them the banks code to which they said you need to fax it to us. I don't have a fax, we'll you can send us a letter then, of course it has to be on bank letterhead. This was on Saturday, I call my bank on Monday and Anna (pinnacle bank) said she's fax it for me. I refused the fax number because Kohls was being so anal, and Anna said she'd try and find the fax number. Kohls has no fax number on their website. Anna called me the next day, I called had another go round with customerless support (automated systems really torque me off) another reason I'll never go to Kohl's again! Finally I got to a human (robot that can't do anything but read from a script). Get a fax number. I call me bank yesterday with the fax number, thinking it's done! Today Anna calls me back and says "before I send this fax I just wanted to let you know that Kohl's returned your payment on may 22nd"! I asked if she'd do a 3 way call to try and get this straight to which she agreed. The first human robot after the insanely a intrusive pointless automated system. Put us through the ringer asking for the same info that the automated system did, tell her the issue and she says I need to Transfer you to billing! I'm livid tell her I want a warm transfer because I don't want to go through another interrogation and the rep comes on the line and tries to ask the same info that I said I didn't want to go through and I go off on her, saying I wanted a warm transfer and she didn't give you my info? She goes into what can I do for you (in broken hard to understand English) and we tell her. And after all this she said she's e-mail me a statement! I said I want paper, and the bank is drafting a fax with all we've gone through and that in another 7-10 business days I should get a paper statement. It still not solved.
