Very racist and I look white lol, was no help at all when I went in for a return they looked like they didn't want to give us a fitting room as if we had no money do not recommend going here at all don't waste your time us Mexicans will take our money elsewhere. Hit or miss with some of the employees. Some can "Steer", you in the right direction and get you exactly what you need. Others seam to be just lost when it comes to Western wear and fit. This location; great selection of boots of all kinds. Hats on the other hand are a bit slim. read more

Boots, hats, belt buckles and shirts. Had to appease the misses. I'm not the country type, but if I were, the Boot Barn I would be gettin' my kicks. Normal boots around $100.00 to $800.00 boots. I'm sure $800.00 was not even the most expensive. I took a peak at the Stetson El Presidente cowboy hat which was priced at $900.00...wowzers. What nice people that work here. They went out of there way to give me the best customer service ever. Not only that, they told me about the special seeing that I was buying things that had to be shipped, that if I opened a credit card, the shipping would be free !! Big saving there for me! Moved here from Michigan and always ordered my boots from Boot Barn .. I was so excited to learn that there was a Boot Barn store in Cheyenne, when I moved here. Sales staff always friendly and helpful, accept the boots I wanted I had to order on-line FROM Boot Barn. I joined the Rewards program, but NEVER told that the points expire in two months.. Here come Cheyenne Frontier Days .. I bought shirts, belts, hats, jean, boots, oh yeah the points added up .. now 4 months later and after a run around because I ordered on-line ... my rewards have expired ..... Look for Melissa, she is friendly and not scared of a customer unlike the young man wearing a hat that appeared to small for his head. I did not see anyone really helping the customers. Melissa was very helpful. read more

It's a nice store, but geared mostly to tourists so the prices are pretty high. If you are getting boots, price around town before committing to them. read more

This store is HUGE and FULL of all the Western gear a girl from Chicago could ever conceivably need. The back area is full off all the boots you could ever desire - I left with some lovely ones that were cute & on sale. The staff was super friendly in helping us track down sizes and styles. I was probably wandering sock-footed through the boot section for at least an hour. read more

Loved the store and also the employees!! They all went above and beyond the norm! We were looking for a jacket and they didn't have it, so they searched for stores that were on out way home from vacation and they found one and put it on hold. They also signed us up for their reward program which I didn't even know they had, and I've been shopping at a boot barn more than a few times now... Very very pleased with this store :) read more

It's fine.. It's just another Shepler's or Murdoch's without the tack and stuff... Too pricey for the drive up to Cheyenne for the place I remember in that building eons ago.. Staff was nice but I can get this anyplace in Denver or online..Cool if you're a tourist I guess but it was a sad visit for me.. Not much going on in Cheyenne these days..
