Switched to Millhouse from CenturyLink about 5 months ago. Speed is inconsistent and all over the place. We are paying for a 15 mbsp and have NEVER seen the speed that high, average is around 7. We signed up for automatically billing during installation, and then our service was shut off temporarily because for whatever reason the automatic billing was never put into place. We lost service yesterday afternoon, and over 12 hours later we still don't have it restored. When I called tech support last night after over six hours of an outage they still could not provide an ETA of when the service would be available again. The representative on the phone wasn't even sure "what was going on" at the tower site. read more

I lived 15 miles NW of Cheyenne, WY on 40 acres WITH NO TREES. They placed their original dish at the time and I thought it was fantastic - then after the hail storm, painters painted near it and bumped it just a tich without me realizing - I called and they came out promptly and even upgraded my dish to the newer model all free of charge. An update for the one star below. Millhouse is mediocre at best. Forget streaming high definition. Forget it! The service has been down for 30 hours now. As mentioned below... Millhouse Electronics provides internet UNTIL there is a problem. And problems they're a plenty. The customer service is appalling and disgraceful. When you get Brian or Bill on the phone (Yes, there's only two of them!), you are almost accused of being a bother and interrupting "break-time". I would use any other service if it was available. Millhouse Electronics knows this and therefore do not rush to solve any phoned in problems. read more

We live in Saratoga, and Millhouse is the third internet service we have had in 7 years! Yes, the service goes down from time to time --- but so does our cell service, as does the electricity. We have found Millhouse to be the cheapest yet most efficient service we have had. I might add that when we lived near Denver, we paid three times as much for a cable internet service, and they were less responsive to outages and down time than Millhouse is. We have recommended Millhouse to several friends who agree with us that Millhouse gives great coverage and service for the amount they charge. read more

I am sorry to hear someone had a 1 star experience because mine (my parents) is totally different. My parents are retired and live outside of town with very few options for internet service. Satellite just can't cut it for streaming, so fortunately Millhouse was/is an option. They have been using the service for approximately 2 years and have had only one time when it went down (maintenance or upgrade). Trust me, my parents are addicted to netflix, so I heard about it when it went down. The reason I feel compelled to write such a positive review is that one of their employees (brian?) went out there after hours to help them with their connection and the problem had nothing to do with Millhouse. Who does that any more? Right thing to do? Yes! Amazing thing to do? Absolutely! There was no upside for him to do this other than being a great human with the compassion to help others when they need it. Despite crazy wind out west of town and power outages, only being down one time is amazing. Keep up the great work! read more

by far the worst ISP ive tried out of 4, internet goes out atleast 3 or 4 times a week for long periods of time, when it does work it doesn't work well, average latency of 170-230. when you call for costumer service, you are likey to receive a voicemail saying "we are not at our desks." they barely do their jobs. read more

Their customer service recently spent nearly 20 minutes helping me with a problem that was only tangentially related to their side of the internet--and they were friendly and patient throughout. read more
