This company makes cancelling an absolute nightmare. I'm writing this from inside the store where I…read morehave to needlessly wait in line to return my equipment after cancelling service. This is crazy. The phone call to cancel took about 45 min - the poor rep was required to hit me with all sorts of promotional BS before cancelling, I asked him and he admitted it! I already have fiber - nothing can be done to save my business. At that point they're just trying to make it difficult. This entire process is by design, time-consuming and difficult. I'm waiting just to have a barcode reader scan my stuff - and they make me wait so that this person can again attempt to hit me with a sales pitch. I arrived at 12:35pm - Will update once I get through the line.

(The replacement phone would still be on Verizon as a carrier). I was able to buy a phone last year from the same store full price, same prepaid situation. I then went to the second Verizon on Lincolnway. The salesperson was helpful and I would have not had a problem buying a phone from them. Unfortunately, they didn't have the model I wanted but they were trying. Great customer service on Lincolnway. Dell Range, they were more interested in increasing their "Contract" numbers. I ended up purchasing the model I wanted from everyone's fav online store. So, Dell Range Verizon, you lost $$.

They greatly misrepresented there internet service by telling me about all the wonderful features I would be access, the fast speeds, etc. while downplaying that it is basically a data package. There are two of us in the house that work from home, this is literally our lively hood. We had an appointment for another tech to come to our place, and they canceled it without telling us. They sent an email after they were supposed to be here. They don't really seem to care about customer service at all.

We switched from Comcast…read morecable to Connexion and there's simply no comparison: despite similar advertised upload/download speeds, Connexion is objectively faster and lower-latency than the Comcast connection while being similarly-priced. The static IP option is just $20/month more, whereas we would have to shell out for the Comcast business plan. Upload speeds on Connexion are like, 5x what they are on Comcast.
