This is crazy. The phone call to cancel took about 45 min - the poor rep was required to hit me with all sorts of promotional BS before cancelling, I asked him and he admitted it! I already have fiber - nothing can be done to save my business. At that point they're just trying to make it difficult. This entire process is by design, time-consuming and difficult. I'm waiting just to have a barcode reader scan my stuff - and they make me wait so that this person can again attempt to hit me with a sales pitch. They greatly misrepresented there internet service by telling me about all the wonderful features I would be access, the fast speeds, etc. while downplaying that it is basically a data package. We pay for a gig 1000 and are getting about 90 to 80 upload and download speed, even hardwired in. We have been going back and forth with customer service and technicians at our house. Every time we try to escalate to a supervisor or manager, we are told no one is there that can help us and they will call us. We still have not gotten a call. There are two of us in the house that work from home, this is literally our lively hood. We had an appointment for another tech to come to our place, and they canceled it without telling us. They sent an email after they were supposed to be here. They don't really seem to care about customer service at all.
