Beware unfair business practices. Billing for services not provided. Sending to collections for…read morepayments not due. Beware slow and inaccurate service. Beware chronic unresponsiveness and failure to answer phones. Originally promised services were suddenly not available after agreement was signed. Multiple sales agents called during exploratory phase offering different prices and locations, competing with each other and causing great confusion. Advertisement was not placed 9 months after originally agreed-upon date. They sent me a message demanding payment in full, advertisement was still not up! I emailed stating there was no ad and terminated agreement. They went and installed advertisement after I terminated, and 6 months later sent me to collections for 12 months worth of advertising. I never agreed to them installing the advertisement after I had terminated the agreement. After sending me to collections, they would not return any calls or emails attempting to resolve the situation.

I just had to leave a SECOND BBB review for them after they tried to bill me $1,995 for services they're not providing and months after I initially spoke with their Operations Manager, Casey. I spoke to him in length about this continued problem on 1/27/25 and he gave me his personal cellphone# if any issues ever came up again; a month later and the company's system is trying to steal from me again. They refused to remove my personal and billing information from their system, even after my request with Casey quoting some contrived company policy. This is not an upstanding company and they will do their best to scam you out of money long after your contract with them is fulfilled and paid in full. CONSUMERS BEWARE!
