Wonderful experience with WCS. My questions were clearly answered without them ever making me feel bothersome. I also received all my documentation swiftly. I definitely will use their services every year moving forward. My wife filed a small business through Legal Zoom a few months and all the fees and services are paid, yet we still haven't received everything. No follow up or anything. My only comment for WCS would be the 24 hour turnaround rush wasn't 24 hours. More like 2 - 2 1/2 days. I wasn't aware I had to confirm an email with my information before they actually processed my documentation - the same information I confirmed via my phone call with them. This slowed the filing process that I paid an additional fee for down by a day or 2. I assumed when my credit card was charged in full for the service along with the rush fee and I confirmed all the information over the phone that 24 hours later my business would be licensed. It wasn't. This causes me to wonder if rush fees are just extra money for companies. Why can't all filings just be within a day or two verses making those who don't pay a fee have to wait extended periods of time to get licensed, especially if the filings are done electronically.... Other than that, absolutely no concerns whatsoever. read more

Entire filing was done wrong. After that I got call from bank and they were saying that the previous owner is still under my corporation. So I had to close by bank accounts. I have been using Wyoming Corporate Services for many years. I have recommended other people to this company in the past, but I certainly will NOT in the future. Two years ago, they lied to all of their clients and said "Wyoming Corporate Services is no longer able to provide the use of our physical address on official filings. The State has asked that we differentiate each address with a specific suite number. " and went on to explain that they were going to be charging an additional $50 per year for that service. Well, I immediately called up the State and they said that this was not true, they had passed no new regulation, and were not requiring Wyoming Corporate Services to use suite numbers for their individual client's mail. Wyoming Corporate Services charged me $135 for Registered Agent service that year--which by definition is receiving my mail--and then lied while demanding an additional $50 to provide this service. I have all of this documented by email. I was told that because I was not going to pay the additional $50 fee, my mail would not be forwarded (even though I had already paid $135 for my "registered agent" service). Several important government and utility notices were not received both before and after this. And finally the reason I am writing today. I switched my registered agent service to a new company who charges $100 less per year. When I told Wyoming Corporate services this and asked if I needed to do anything additional with Wyoming Corporate Services to make sure my corporation stayed valid and up to date, Cara replied without answering my question and asked why I chose to go elsewhere. I told her the truth and then asked my question again. However, she again ignored my question and then had the audacity to say "If you have any questions or concerns just let me know I would be happy to help". So, I asked my question yet a third time and then Cara replied "Since we are no longer the Registered Agent for this entity you will want to contact the current Registered Agent directly to see what is required to stay in compliance." Telling long-term customers that they are now SOL because they decided to go elsewhere is bad business. I simply asked if I needed to do anything with their company--not the new company. I am in shock that I was treated so poorly. However, lying to customers and charging for registered agent service and not forwarding mail is bad business, too. read more

The sales department is a mess. They say they want you to advance but if you do not have that brown-noser mentality they pass you up despite performing well at your job. The managers were toxic and verbally abusive. My fellow co-workers were afraid to leave their desk for lunch. They push the sales team to meet certain numbers while chastising them for setting unrealistic expectations to begin with. read more
