Also never used refrigerator water and ice, but charged to replace the filter. They seem to want to find the little things which to be honest, they got the apartment back in way better shape then I got it. Bad on me for not tearing the place apart before moving in. I was told the reports came back "encrypted" and that it would cost more to have them unencrypted. Not only did Donald Cypher lie, he had a very elaborate group suporting him, Tammy, the office manager, Ruth, the IT person and a supposed team of "around the clock" detectives. I was povided with a "secure portal" but there was never any results posted for my review. I sent 19 texts, 11 emails and made four calls. I finally got a response and was told that the person in question was being supported by "two benefactors" and that all financial transactions were occurring via the dark web. And, additionally, for another 10k, I could have this person followed. Not one deliverable did I receive. I was ghosted and all of a sudden, my "secure portal" was not accessible. I reported the scam artist to Thumbtack and he was kicked off the platform. I also provided supporting documentation to the Attorney Generals office to support several other claims of the same shady, dishonest and predatory practices. Unfortunately, I can't recover my money since there was no contract to claim a breach against and I can't afford to go to small claims court because I'm now out 5k. Beware of this predator. I was told that one of the other claimants had been told by Donald Cypher that if he did not pay another 10k, Cypher would alert the person that the gentleman paid Donal Cypher to follow that he had been paid to follow that person. Dishonest, manipulative and the worst kind of scam artist out there. Donald Cypher will take your money, craft al elaborate hoax to keep you engaged and deliver nothing. He and his merry band of actors are profiting from conning honest people who just need help. He should be ashamed, but I suspect he is too busy counting his money to care.

Tree roots sense this moisture and eventually find the sewer line. Once the tree roots find the clay pipe they grow through the connections and into the sewer. In time the roots will grow big enough to block the sewer, causing the sewer to fail. In most cases the roots can be temporarily cleared from the pipe, but the roots will always grow back and the sewer must be maintained in order to work properly. The only way to keep tree roots out of a clay sewer for good is to either replace or line the sewer. After your sewer has been replaced or lined then there is no more maintenance.
