I asked for a discreet refund via email. He called me at 20:00 after business, and decided to throw blame on the customer for, literally his words "cheaping out". I'm not sure a professional service is supposed to call his own services a "cheap out". It is definitely not satisfactory to my former management, clearly, and they have and will leave the job unfinished as soon as you leave the premises. I don't appreciate being called at 8pm at night time instead of email, I don't like being played with my money, I don't like people who cheap themselves and their clientele out, and I don't like their empty promises of professionalism
