He was late to every single cleaning. Lazy. I was over charged $2,000 for a move-in cleaning (small home) and the house was left in questionable condition. Baseboards were not wiped down, the stove was horrendous, the bathrooms had urine left on the toilet and wall, food spots all over the kitchen, dirt on the floors, freezer had crumbs and hair inside, and plenty more... There was also human URINE on my couch leading to a puddle on the floor. He claimed it was not there when he finished that morning... I gave him an opportunity to come back and fix it. He did come back, but after this second attempt it was still not resolved. I started to move into my new home and put things away. I opened the kitchen cabinets and they were DISGUSTING with so much dirt, dust, grime, and stains. He didn't even attempt to wipe things down, but only tried to make it look visually alright (very sloppy still) and I checked my closet SO MUCH dirt. I asked for walls to be cleaned and I checked those as well DIRTY. I cannot move into my home after paying $2,000 for a move-in cleaning!!! My boyfriend and I have tried to contact him, but he is purposefully ignoring us. I can see his read receipts are on, but he is not responding to calls or texts. I need a refund. I have been scammed.
