I reached out to Alma through Yelp to inquire about her cleaning services, pricing, payment options, and scheduling availability. She responded right away and let me know that she and her assistant bring all of their own cleaning supplies and clean homes for a rate of $75 per hour. She also shared that she accepts several different payments options such as cash apps/Venmo, cash or check. Scheduling was also incredibly easy. In fact, Alma and I were able to find a date the same week that I reached out. Alma and her assistant did an incredibly thorough job! I have had cleaners come into my home before only to do the bare minimum. Nothing bothers me more than cleaning companies that only gently dust and clean AROUND things. Thankfully, this was not the case with Alma. She and her assistant did a deep clean of everything! Alma will pick up every item, wipe it down, and clean beneath it. She will even pull out your furniture and appliances to dust and vacuum in these oftentimes neglected areas. Other bonuses - Alma made sure all of my baseboards were spotless. She also cleaned my ceiling fans and changed my bedroom sheets. I was VERY pleased with how clean and spotless my home was. I will definitely be using Alma again. Alma was great - she did a very deep clean, even took the oven door apart to get out cobwebs (didn't even know you can get cobwebs in the oven door!). She moved the fridge, did the cupboards, the floor trim. The house looked better than it has in a long time and I look forward to her coming back every few weeks to help us keep it looking this way.
