I was so impressed that I didn't even bother calling anyone else! He was courteous, spent time on the phone with me, asked all the right questions, thoroughly explained his process and provided an estimate upfront. He called to confirm the morning of, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He and Brett were fun and personable (my cat liked both of them, and she's an excellent judge of character). We have a 5 level house with about 17 ducts, and they did a fabulous job. Air duct cleaning is something homeowners tend to neglect (ours had never been done- gross!), and it's really important for health reasons! I'm so glad we trusted TLC- Tom is a heck of a nice person, prompt, pleasant, reliable and provided excellent service. I'm confident the job was done right! Thank you!
