1 out of 5 stars Do not use this service. From skipping parts of our house to simply not showing up, Veronica's Cleaning Services has been one disappointment after another. We used them for nearly six months after our baby was born, and as the photos attached show, the results have been terrible. One thing you can always count on is that they will never arrive on time. If you have pets, be ready to lose your entire day waiting for them to show up. On top of that, they constantly misplaced our belongings -- sometimes "hiding" items instead of putting them back where they belong. We had to repeatedly point out that they'd missed entire sections of the house, like our whole downstairs. When that happened, good luck getting them to return the same day to fix it. They also ran our dishwasher with expensive knives inside and used dish soap instead of dishwasher detergent, leaving our kitchen covered in bubbles. Veronica apologized and offered 10% off that cleaning, but that didn't make up for the damage or the pattern of carelessness. She knew we hired them because we have a baby, yet her team still mixed his dishes with items that weren't safe for him. Communication is another major issue. They never once arrived on time, and when my wife explained that we couldn't continue with three-hour-late, unannounced arrivals, Veronica accused us of canceling the service. Today, they were scheduled to clean again--no show, no message, nothing. It took three hours just to get a response saying they were "waiting on their team." Yes, her prices are competitive, but you truly get what you pay for. We'll be paying a little more next time for a reliable and professional cleaning service. Do not use this cleaning service. They were never on time, always either way too early or hours late. With a seven month old baby and two large dogs, having a set schedule was really important to us, but they just could not stick to one. They constantly skipped parts of the house, even after we reminded them. The stairs were never vacuumed once, even though that was part of the agreement, and they often skipped the downstairs den completely. One time they did not even wipe down the kitchen counters. The price was never adjusted despite the unfinished work. I talked to the manager twice, and my husband spoke with her three different times trying to fix the timing and cleaning issues. Nothing ever changed. When I asked about setting a specific time, she said we were not even on the schedule and then claimed we had canceled the service. Later, when I followed up, she said they could continue but could not guarantee a time anymore, going back on what she had promised because of our baby's nap schedule and the dogs. Overall, they were unreliable, inconsistent, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable cleaning service. read more

I was surprised that no one that showed up spoke English, which isn't a huge deal, but does make it a bit more challenging to direct desired results. I ended up being told that my house would cost significantly more than was quoted and so I had to reduce the scope of the cleaning to avoid a significant increase in cost. Ultimately, I really wanted the walls cleaned and they did a good job doing that. Just wish the overall experience could have been better. read more

WOW. I asked Veronica to clean my house after renters left it a mess. She was the only service I called who went to see the job before giving a bid. Her bid was very reasonable. She was able to do the job the next day. She arrived as promised and not only did the job but went above and beyond what I expected. She called in a second crew and it is beautiful. I know she spent more labor hours than she expected but she said she just could not leave some things undone and stuck to her original bid. I gave her a nice tip because they did such a great job. We did have some miscommunication up front about the day and time, but that was more my oversight than theirs; be sure to comfirm dates and times explicitly. When we figured out the issue, they adjusted their schedule and got the job done. The crew was polite, respectful and thorough in the cleaning. Good deal for the price as others quoted higher. If I could give zero stars I would. Hired Veronica's Cleaning Service weeks in advance. The day of the cleaning I text and ask when the crew will be there because they were already 30 mins late which wasn't a big deal. Veronica replies saying they will be 40 mins late (on top of the 30 mins late they already were). When I express this is very inconvenient because my roommate that was staying at the apartment to let her in had somewhere to be, she says "this was not in my hands the girls did not arrive and I found another team. on Sunday it is very difficult. So the good thing is that I'm not canceling you." I replied saying that isn't my problem and if Sundays were so difficult she should have expressed that WEEKS ago. I send 3 text asking if the crew is on the way or if my roommate can leave and she takes a long time to respond, when she responds she says "yes, the girls were already looking for parking. but your message was very rude to say that it is not your problem. I've been looking for other people for you since 7am on Sunday and you tell me that it's not your problem? we can clean tomorrow at 2:30 do you want it?" Insanely unprofessional and unreliable. Long story made short here: I needed a move out clean. But I don't live close and am busy. Hired Veronica sight unseen through Yelp Project. It was nerve wracking, but I lucked out. She and her cleaners did a knock out job despite encountering some unexpected challenges. Her fee was very reasonable given the size of the job. She even cleaned herself when she saw that the job was too big for her staff! read more

Veronica, you came out to my house (NOT in Greeley). I have your written quote and business card. We spoke about cleanings before showing our house to sell it and after move out. I also then called you to see about coming out to do interim cleanings as we got the house ready, like cleaning the kitchen cabinets and wooden floor. That's when you told me since you're in Greeley, you couldn't do any cleanings except one move out. But you DID come out to look around, discuss what I needed and wrote up a quote. Please be honest. If you don't service outside Greeley except for deep clean move-outs, please tell people so no one wastes their time. Also, you say you don't go out to quote a deep clean move out? I needed someone to clean my house after we moved out. I called Veronica, she answered right away and came over about 15 minutes later for an estimate. She did a quick walkthrough and gave us a bid. We asked her how soon she could come over to clean and she said she could be there at 7 am the next morning. We agreed. She was about 45 minutes late, but her and her team did a good job. There were a few things missed that I had to follow up on but I will admit I am not the best housekeeper so there was a lot to do. I am moving out of state and I needed a cleaning service for my rental house before my lease expired. I requested three quotes from yelp and Veronica's was the only response that asked to showed up in person. They walked around, asked questions, then provided a quote. The quote was fair and about in the middle of the other two quotes. Their work was amazing. Veronicas cleaning services does a decent job. They come every other week. Sweep, mop, vac, dust, take out the trash, and clean bathrooms. My house always smells fresh after they have cleaned. They don't clean the stove top super well, and don't do any dishes- no matter if it's 1, or 4 in the sink- they will still be there when you get home. Maybe I was spoiled by my housekeeper in Seattle. ‍ overall they do a decent job. read more

This company started off the first time really good but after that if it wasn't them coming to clean at the wrong times after that it was forgetting they was supposed to clean on that day or having to cancel service the day of service. I needed a cleaning company to come in and clean my uncle's apartment for him. It was dire I could get the job done asap in fear of my uncle loosing his apartment by the land lord. I called Veronica and she showed up on time and professional. I had no idea the mess we were walking into. My uncle is a alcoholic and my family has not heard from him in a while. The land lord called me in the morning and informed me he fell and was at the hospital and had flooded his apartment and I needed to get it cleaned. The Apartment was horrific when me and Veronica went in. Knee high trash everywhere rotten food trash cigarettes butts nasty laundry empty beer and wisky bottles it was terrible. Veronica and her crew came in the next morning and cleaned the entire apartment in less than 24 hours of when I called her. I was amazed this is not possible the entire apartment was clean and organized everything down to the chess pieces on his coffee table. I can not express the gratitude to Veronica and her crew for helping my family member and me!!! Veronica is AMAZING! First off, she contacted me immediately and we discussed my needs for house cleaning. We set a date and she met me at my home, we walked thru and I explained my needs and then we sat together (with her business partner) and we talked goals. It was so nice to not feel overwhelmed and have a team on my side... finally. Then we set a date to get started. Her TEAM (3 people) showed up and got started and I mean they are a powerhouse!!!! They did a deep clean on my home and it honestly has never been that clean EVER. Seriously. NEVER. She is coming to my home every 2 weeks now and I love being in my home. I can't say I have felt this way in years. I had anxiety just looking around. Veronica's Cleaning Service in Colorado are an AMAZING crew! Think hoarders house without the trash but dirty (not mine!). I was quoted $350. for 4 hours on a Master bedroom & en suite bath plus 2 more bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room. The residents have 3 dogs and 2 birds. One room is exclusive for the dogs poop room. We did not ask them to clean that. What I discovered from other services is with a quote for 4 hours, you will get 2 people working 2 hours. This was a crew of 3 joyful, hardworking women, who worked their butts off for 5 hours! They arrived at 4 pm (& this was their 4th house that day), and performed miracles! I wish I had pictures to show you because you're probably thinking how hard can the above be that dirty. It was bad! To the point you had to hold your breath when indoors. I was afraid to touch anything! They cleaned areas not discussed & usually not included, like the oven, inside windows, & the blinds. What they did to the refrigerator was something short of a miracle. This review can't come close to the miracle they worked. They arrived on time & worked hard. They brought their own supplies. If you provide them with a radio they enjoy listening to music & you might see a dance step or two while they are mopping. There was laughter throughout the house. I wouldn't have any qualms leaving them alone with my belongings. For their efforts we tipped them very well & they appreciated we recognized their efforts (& strong stomachs). I just moved to Ft Collins and about died when I walked into my rental. It was beyond gross. I knew the owners had it cleaned, but because they live overseas, they didn't have someone walk through and just took the word of the cleaners that it was complete. I called a couple companies and Veronica got back to me quickly. I told her what I wanted, a deep move out clean, and she was able to get a couple girls to the house within a couple hours. They did a good job and I was happy with the price. A couple drawers were missed, but comapred to the other company, i just wiped them out myself.
