You can tell he is truly passionate about his work and helping his clients! I'd describe his service as both compassionate and informative as he was very detailed in his answers and listened to what I had envisioned for my practice. If you're looking for someone to help you grow your business, especially in private practice, I'd highly recommend working with James!

I have been working with James and his team the last 4 months and all I can say; I wish I had found…read morethem sooner. It's been a huge help having them on the team. We are a manufacturing company with sales in the US and abroad. CAC has adapted to our unique ERP system and helped us navigate through some hurdles. We are about to upgrade to their Controllership offering and eventually will be utilizing their CFO option. The price we pay for the work they do is unequivocally worth every penny. The response time from James and his team is quick which means I get my job done faster and more efficiently. I highly recommend them.

I filled out the required paperwork, and when I went to the initial consultation with Jared Olsen,…read morehe greeted me with a deadpan expression and soulless eyes. During our very terse conversation, Jared Olsen tried to insinuate I was lying about my assets because at first, the amounts I gave included both dollar and cents, and later towards the end, I gave only dollar amounts, which I am pretty sure is ok. Even the IRS allows rounding up or down to the nearest dollar. He was just nitpicking and finding fault because he had some kind of an issue. Jared said he wanted $2,500 to create a simple will for me. Also, when I later brought in a deed that I forgot to bring to the first consultation, he told me that it would cost me an extra $200. Then, his receptionist snidely demanded immediate payment of the $200 when I left, like she was so happy to be price-gouging me. Because my initial interactions with Jared, his receptionist, and paralegal created no goodwill or trust between us, I contacted Jared shortly thereafter to let them know I no longer wanted his services and to request a refund. He wanted to know why, what happened, and grossly over-exaggerated the value of his will. He was trying to gaslight my experience there, which he and his office perpetuated. He did refund me, at least, and destroyed my will. What a pack of wolves.

My husband received a call from our Cheyenne, Wyoming State Farm office, Suzanne Cork, saying that…read morean insurance underwriter wanted to terminate our policy after just 6 months. All our payments are made through direct deposit and have always been in good standing. We had one window chip and one small towing charge. The ins. agent got the underwriter to agree to not terminate if the comprehensive policy was changed from zero deductible to $1,000 deductible. This is more than outrageous. I'm appalled at how State Farm treats their customers. I will be reporting this in every way possible so people are aware of State Farm's practices. Our state senators need to investigate these practices and policies so I will report this to them as well. I just want to make sure that everyone really researches insurance companies before selecting. We did not do a good job of looking at reviews and if you read State Farm's reviews, they are not good at all.

They came late. I had to call them on the day. They left behind an unsatisfactory job. I found out…read moreabout it by my landlords, after I left, after coming back for the deposit. I asked for a discreet refund via email. He called me at 20:00 after business, and decided to throw blame on the customer for, literally his words "cheaping out". I'm not sure a professional service is supposed to call his own services a "cheap out". It is definitely not satisfactory to my former management, clearly, and they have and will leave the job unfinished as soon as you leave the premises. I don't appreciate being called at 8pm at night time instead of email, I don't like being played with my money, I don't like people who cheap themselves and their clientele out, and I don't like their empty promises of professionalism
