I was told the reports came back "encrypted" and that it would cost more to have them unencrypted. Not only did Donald Cypher lie, he had a very elaborate group suporting him, Tammy, the office manager, Ruth, the IT person and a supposed team of "around the clock" detectives. I was povided with a "secure portal" but there was never any results posted for my review. I sent 19 texts, 11 emails and made four calls. I finally got a response and was told that the person in question was being supported by "two benefactors" and that all financial transactions were occurring via the dark web. And, additionally, for another 10k, I could have this person followed. Not one deliverable did I receive. I was ghosted and all of a sudden, my "secure portal" was not accessible. I reported the scam artist to Thumbtack and he was kicked off the platform. I also provided supporting documentation to the Attorney Generals office to support several other claims of the same shady, dishonest and predatory practices. Unfortunately, I can't recover my money since there was no contract to claim a breach against and I can't afford to go to small claims court because I'm now out 5k. Beware of this predator. I was told that one of the other claimants had been told by Donald Cypher that if he did not pay another 10k, Cypher would alert the person that the gentleman paid Donal Cypher to follow that he had been paid to follow that person. Dishonest, manipulative and the worst kind of scam artist out there. Donald Cypher will take your money, craft al elaborate hoax to keep you engaged and deliver nothing. He and his merry band of actors are profiting from conning honest people who just need help. He should be ashamed, but I suspect he is too busy counting his money to care.

We signed up for automatically billing during installation, and then our service was shut off temporarily because for whatever reason the automatic billing was never put into place. We lost service yesterday afternoon, and over 12 hours later we still don't have it restored. When I called tech support last night after over six hours of an outage they still could not provide an ETA of when the service would be available again. The representative on the phone wasn't even sure "what was going on" at the tower site.

They sent a videographer to the wrong STATE. The info form submitted to them had all of the correct details including venue name, street address, city, state, ZIP, and point of contact. They discovered their error over 17 hours before our wedding ceremony and still didn't manage to make it right (their corporate address is 2.5 hours from our venue). No videographer came...they literally did not show up to work. The owner hasn't contacted me to make things right despite repeated attempts to contact him.  I wasn't contacted by anybody in the company until 2.5 weeks after the wedding. They didn't respond to my numerous emails or zoom invitations to meet. They think of their clients as dirt and are the lowest of low in terms of company ethics. They make repeated excuses, don't take any accountability for their actions, and would've happily ghosted my wife and I if we had let them. The owner will try to say that I'm not a client when my name is clearly on the contract (attached for proof to the world along with all of the correct venue details). They provided a full refund + a marginal amount of extra compensation. Would that satisfy you if you lost priceless memories? Didn't think so. As a bonus, they only provided the extra compensation after I pointedly told them that they owe it to us per their own contract language. It certainly wasn't by their own accord. They don't deserve to be in business and their management team should be ashamed at the company they've built.  They are the definition of incompetence. Don't contract with this company unless you really don't care about revisiting and cherishing the most important day of your life.

Here's why: the amount of 1:1 attention and communications you will receive after your initial call will be almost zero. You will not hear from them when it comes to calling or responding to emails until the last minute, despite them telling you otherwise. They will make you submit multiple forms prior to your big day and then not share them with their contractors that will be at your event, so you will end up reading them the surveys word-for-word. Oh, but if they are running behind; they want to call, email, and text you multiple times to let you know just so they can end up getting you your materials two days before their contracted deadline. I've organized multiple events and have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I have yet to receive my promised DVDs and flash drives in the over 4 months they have finished my videos. They are ignoring my emails that I send roughly once a week to follow up. The quality of their work wasn't terrible - I actually liked my videos for the most part. But I would not recommend them or hire them for any other event due to their lack of communication and professionalism.
