I want to thank Michael and Petit Four Films for saving our wedding video. Everyone from Leone to Michael was terrific to work with. Our videographer, Matt, was good at the beginning but for whatever reason he didn't run a second camera for the reception as was agreed upon in our agreement. This was a big deal because we were announcing a surprise gift as my parents and us share the same anniversary and I wanted to get a reaction. I asked Matt if he got it and he said he didn't run a second camera and shrugged it off as if it was no big deal. I was furious. I reported him to Petit Four. Apparently the videographer knew he wouldn't get paid once the studio saw this. So he held the footage. The studio got their attorney involved and filed civil suit against the videographer and we did as well. In the end we got the footage. I am just so glad Michael saw it through to the end. I see some videographers talking about how they haven't gotten paid on message boards that I forgot to remove myself from and I just think of this experience and figure that most of them are terrible. I sought out the referral as I knew three other couples who used them without incident and although maybe we had that hiccup in the end we got everything we wanted and more. I recommend them and can't thank them enough. read more

Michael did a very nice job working with our crazy COVID schedule. We had to move the date 3 times. Each time they were accommodating (wish all of our vendors were). Even though most of our guests were able to make it we took them up the live streaming which worked well. Not sure how many people watched it though. I've read through some of these reviews and we didn't experience any of this. I have also worked with Yelp in the past in my own company and know that they bury positive reviews for companies. It's not exactly the best way to take a companies temperature. There is a lot of info on the web about Yelp's policies. If you don't believe me just look it up. Apparently this company has more reviews under the not recommended column so I would look there. Sorry for the Yelp rant, just not a fan of this platform. Anyway, we were just looking for a good videographer at a terrific rate and that is exactly what we got. These guys did a great job and I am happy to give them a terrific review! read more

WARNING This company is a scam. We used them for our wedding last September and still haven't received our DVDs. The Raw footage we were shown didn't capture any key moments (Vows, first dance, and speeches) plus the drone footage was of someone else's wedding. Due to the poor work Petit promised us a refund, but has failed to issue either the refund or our final video. We have tried desperately to get ahold of someone, however they continue to not answer the phone and haven't contacted us back via phone or email. Currently it has been almost a year and we are still trying desperately to have some sort of communication with them, but like any good scam artist they have collect our money and are moving on to future victims. Please take heed of the Yelp and other reviews which are on platforms they aren't able to police. There you will see similar nightmares from couple being swindled by a company that doesn't fulfill their promise. read more

Our coordinator, DJ and Petit Four Films were our top three vendors. We are happy with our service and Michael and everyone on the team has been excellent to work with. Our day of videographer was Jess. Jess was on time and pleasant to work with. Our film was delivered within the 90 days window. Our longer film needed some changes. They did those for free. My complaint was that our USB took a little while to ship. However, I was told that due to COVID and shipping delays there was a slow down in them being able to receive their product, but that is improving. Which I believe as our business is having the same issues. I was also fine with it as we had all of our footage available to download anytime. Petit Four Films was an excellent addition to our day and I would recommend them to anyone and do often. read more

Overall we are happy. If we only had one complaint it would be that the drone was unable to fly on the wedding day. However, it did rain on our day so there may have been an issue there. They did offer us an additional film which was appreciated. We have read through these reviews but we didn't have the issues that were noted here. In fact we found them to be responsive to our needs. Leony was very sweet in setting us up with our videographer Mark. Mark was early, attentive and a lot of fun to work with. The films needed a couple of adjustments to make them to our liking which they were happy to do at no cost to us. Personally I think for what we paid we received everything we wanted and more and for us it was the right choice. We would recommend them. read more

I am happy with our experience with Shawn. It wasn't a perfect experience. The live stream had a little bit of a hiccup but he got that back on track. Communication overall was very good. Shawn always got back with me when I had a question. The videographer Kevin, showed up early and was engaging throughout. Since this isn't that big of a city and I attended 3 weddings that summer. I saw Kevin on all of them. Not all of the videos were ready but one of my friends was and I thought it was very good. Working with the local team was wonderful. I would meet up with Shawn time to time to discuss our wedding at a coffee shop of my choosing. He always paid which was thoughtful. Overall I am happy with the films and my choice. read more

I had no problem with Brittany, Bryan or Mike. In fact I found them to be very helpful. I had booked them right before the pandemic. I had to cancel out, because we had no idea when our wedding was going to be help. They refunded me back my money right away. I liked them so much that when I did decide to book I went back. Although my package did go up in price they gave it to me for the same price as when I booked, along with my original discounts. I appreciated that they had the teacher discount as well. My films turned out very nice. Whenever I reached out they got back with me. Sam who was our videographer showed up early, was kind and got all of the shots we requested and much more. read more

We were fortunate enough to book our wedding at our dream venue. So when it came time to choose a videographer we wanted to make sure that it accentuated the location and really made it pop. Bryan filled us in on the package and everything we were receiving. Samuel was our videographer for the day. Early, attentive and ready for whatever we needed. He was perfect for us. The films were delivered weeks earlier than expected. I liked them but I needed to have a few things switched around. They made those changes with no problem and at no cost. We booked based on a referral from our coordinator. We did our research and looked at a couple of other studios as well. What drew us to Bryan were the films. The only criticism I have is that the communication got a little slow but it also got right back on track. Grant, our videographer, was a joy to work with. He was early and worked in the background. He got all of the footage we needed. The editing was quick. We received our films well ahead of the deadline and only had a couple of changes. We really liked the teaser and the way everything was timed. Based on our experience feel as though they are a great value for everything you receive and the films look very good. read more

Our experience with Michael and Petit Four Films was good. The only criticism that I had was that the drone couldn't fly that day. Henry, our videographer, worked in the background and we didn't really feel like he was there. We booked them based on a recommendation from our coordinator, however we saw some reviews that made us a little timid. So our coordinator connected us with a client. She had an ongoing relationship with Mike for years with her clients with little to no issue. Looking around I couldn't really find anything else at the level of quality for that rate so we thought we give it a chance. We are glad we did. read more

I just received the films and I am really happy with the results. Mike helped me with the booking and from there I reconnected a little closer to the day. The process was simple. Just a quick meeting with my videographer and that really was it. I got the music figured out before the wedding which was nice so that way I could just relax after. They delivered well ahead of scheduled. It poured on our day so the drone couldn't fly. They replaced it with an additional film. Jonathan, our videographer was also helpful on the day of. Shawn was one of the nicest people I have worked with. As a newly engaged couple who knew nothing of wedding videography he was slow and methodical in explaining things. Lauren is very sweet and help in so many ways to make sure our film was a success. Our day went smoothly and although I nearly had a breakdown when our flowers didn't show up on time, the video didn't reflect any of that which I greatly appreciated. Yes the pricing and promotions are fine but the films surpassed anything we thought we were receiving and Shawn and Lauren were compassionate throughout. read more

I was recommended to Shawn from our coordinator and he didn't disappoint. This was the second time we had rescheduled and they were flexible throughout. On the day of my wedding our DJ's soundboard went down during the ceremony. I am so glad Ben, our videographer, had his mics with him. He was able to get our vows when no one else could hear them. Or barely hear them. Ben really saved the day. I am happy with the films and thankful for Ben's preparedness. Outside of being mildly annoyed that they discontinued DVDs (although I get it). Plus they are terrible for the environment. I am over please with Petit Four Films. Shawn and Brittney were helpful and I enjoyed working with the local branch. The films are beautiful and everything was easy. The progression is you book, they follow up a little closer to the date. You fill out a couple of forms and to a meeting with the team. From there it's the wedding day and then you get your films. We received ours well ahead of the 90 days. read more

When it came to wedding videography I was very particular. So when we were referred to Mike from our coordinator I was a little skeptical. My only criticism was that the drone couldn't fly due to high winds on the wedding day. Beyond that everything was good. I appreciated how Mike worked with me through the changes on our films. Overall I am happy with our experience. I read some reviews, positive and negative, but I was also referred by our coordinator who had worked with them many times over. Our film arrived about 3 weeks early. I had a few changes and they made those. Those changes only took about 2 weeks. Bryan was very nice and answered all of my questions from day one. Lauren and Shawn did a remarkable job on putting the team together for our wedding video. A lot went into it. Our day had a multitude of events and they didn't miss one. We also hired them for the rehearsal dinner and we were glad we did as my brother gave a speech that may have not been safe for the wedding day but so much fun to watch on the video. I took one star off for a drone issue on the day of the wedding. The location wouldn't allow it. But beyond that I like the films very much. read more

Good. Very good. Here's what I like about Petit Four Films. Lauren was terrific to work with. Nice, personable and responsive. I liked that they included a lot for a rate that was reasonable. I also really liked our videographer Preston. He was kind, lot of fun to work with and did a terrific job.
