We decided to get our taxes done by a professional. My wifes friend recommended Gabriel Pina. We made an appointment with him and went down there today. I'm glad we did! Gabriel was super friendly and took care of us in a quick fashion. He asked us a few questions to see if we qualified for more write offs than what we were expecting (we did...hooray!). The whole process took about 30 minutes and we left there knowing that we would get a decent sized refund. I was surprised on how little it costs too. I was planning on spending $200-300 to get my taxes done and his rate is way less than that. It's not a whole lot more than if you paid Turbo Tax or Tax Act or whatever other programs are out there. I would rather pay a tad more to have a guy do it and get it right. Gabriel did an excellent job explaining everything including write offs, deductions, audit procedures etc etc. No question was left unanswered. I'm happy we went with him and we were very pleased with his work! We will definitely use him going forward!

It is Wednesday and he didn't even remember our conversation and his excuse was that one of his filers was doing my return, and also that he has more customers then just me. He then says it's going to be over $200 and that we didn't discuss the state taxes nor are they done and that he can't efile them as agreed either. Needless to say, this is one customer service failure after another. All I ask for is what I am paying for and for it to be delivered when we agreed. Neither of these very basic needs were met, therefore I will not continue with Liberty and would advise others the same way unfortunately.
