We decided to get our taxes done by a professional. My wifes friend recommended Gabriel Pina. We made an appointment with him and went down there today. I'm glad we did! Gabriel was super friendly and took care of us in a quick fashion. He asked us a few questions to see if we qualified for more write offs than what we were expecting (we did...hooray!). The whole process took about 30 minutes and we left there knowing that we would get a decent sized refund. I was surprised on how little it costs too. I was planning on spending $200-300 to get my taxes done and his rate is way less than that. It's not a whole lot more than if you paid Turbo Tax or Tax Act or whatever other programs are out there. I would rather pay a tad more to have a guy do it and get it right. Gabriel did an excellent job explaining everything including write offs, deductions, audit procedures etc etc. No question was left unanswered. I'm happy we went with him and we were very pleased with his work! We will definitely use him going forward!

After several phone calls that were not returned-a visit was made to this establishment. Troy was preparing to leave and was disturbed that I demanded answers as to the services that he claimed he provided. Troy (so called tax preparer-AND owner of this business) stated that he NEVER filed electronically, so to ensure the taxes were filed properly, time spent with the IRS to ensure that the taxes were filed was exhausting, this done by my son and after being charged $155.00 for Frey Financials so called "services". This experience was horrendous. What tax preparer doesn't know how to file electronically? This one! He claimed that he doesn't advise his clients to file electronically, as the IRS can debit the account for more than what is noted. This is just an excuse, as this meant more work for him! If you want customer service, a tax preparer who knows what he is doing and who doesn't fire back excuses, go elsewhere. When asked if he read his reviews, he stated "yes-a few" All bad reviews...and he still doesn't change his ways...this should alert everyone that he is not the "tax preparer" to go to! There are many reputable tax preparers in Cheyenne. Do not use this one if you don't want to have to "babysit" his work.
