What a disaster! I signed up in March 2018 because it sounded like a really great website builder for e-commerce. A few days later I got a call from Willie Williams at MMG Solutions (www.mmgsolutionsllc.com) indicating they work with Drake clients to direct traffic to my website plus they will build a Shopify store and direct traffic there as well. They even guaranteed so much traffic within a year. To make a very long story short they did not do what they promised and I filed claims with my credit card on both companies. What I didn't know was that Drake Ecommerce had given me a previous owned website and I would never be found by the search engines. I joined back in May of 2018 and every you are reading about them is absolutely true. I was scam out of thousands of dollars. They are liars and frauds. Even thou I have invested lots of money I do not have the network to keep account maintained and going without the frauds who do nothing to help you. They will tell you we will train you, we will support you. They will tell you anything to get thousands of dollars from you. Once that happens you are on your own. These people are in Phoenix Az. but I am not going to continue to give them the 50.00 month fee. I will probably be changing my credit card number to stop them from charging my card. I signed up for their web account.$149 00. After I paid that they came back and said I had to purchase a package which was $499.00. I paid $300.00 down. They said they wouldn't continue till I paid the other$200.00. A couple days later I cancelled due to illness and my computer crashed. That was the last week of January that I cancelled. I joined this company because I felt it was something I would be able to do well. After several emails/calls, I finally got the website to practice. I watched videos that gave instructions. But, I was unable to continue, because apparently I needed another website to add products to my website, which I didn't get. I was unable to receive any help. I would email, call, set up appointments, but they would never call on the agreed upon time and date. When they did call, they were not able to help me at that time because they were too busy with other customers. I was unable to move forward. I tried and tried to get help, but the proper help never came. So, I asked to be refunded. I got my monthly fee back, but did not get refunded for the website, which was completely useless to me because I never got help, and could not move forward on the videos until I received information on another website. I spoke to the representative and he promised I would be fully refunded. Never did, until I spoke to Travis that said he would refund the monthly fee, but not the website, because I received it. He wouldn't listen to me. I tried to tell him I was unable to use the website. He promised he would go back and listen to all the phone calls and all the emails, and get back to me, to see if I should be fully refunded. He said he would call me back, he never did. So I call him, all he does is hang up on me. They can keep the $70. I just want them to stop sending me emails on support videos. I am no longer a customer and would like nothing to do with them. I could not get help from ANY of their customer service people. Though they would call, they never helped, they would have to call me back. Frustrating. Anyway, I get a little angry when I receive these annoying emails. I would just like them to stop, but they can't even do that. I started with Drake Ecommerce on August 1, 2018. I was promised a beautiful elegant looking website. It's November 27 and it is still not done. This is probably the WORSE company I have ever had the displeasure of working with!!!! I truly believe they lie and scam people. They are TERRIBLE with call backs and responding on any level. I actually a decent representative working with me and she has been good but my site still isn't done. I REGRET wholeheartedly ever coming to this company. Once I get my site done the way I want I am going to go to my best friend who builds custom websites to help me fix some things that Drake wasn't able to. I'm going to contact my other friends in marketing to help get me traffic. I'm sticking with it because I paid too much MONEY to walk away now. I see now that Drake will truly never help me so I must help myself. I have plenty of people in my circle to help me be successful. I joined the Drake Ecommerce marketing and paid $1800.00 for services not rendered. I never got the website promised nor the services asked for. The invoice said what I paid for was non refundable. I basically got ripped off! I paid for marketing, a fancy website with over 1000 products and doba lifetime membership dropshipping. All I received was about 5 training modules along with my doba information. Please do not invest your money into this scam system. read more

I started with the company back in july things were alittle rough at first, there was no one there to answer my questions. you were not able to understand and follow the videos because it either had too much information or to lil. i did purchase a upgraded package about 1 month later assuming i was going to get treated better. again no results...then everything did a 360 there were people answering the phones you get call backs you had people there actually willing to help 5 months later my website is up just waiting on marketing. read more
