    Some of the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced. This isn't the only negative occasion at this location either. There are at least 6 or 7 people waiting to be served, supposedly on the "list." I've been standing here watching at least 3 employees walking around aimlessly, not helping anyone, and to beat it all one of them is on his phone (and has been for 10 minutes). Verizon is on my last nerve. Horrible cell phone service, and one problem or another constantly. Then we try to get problems fixed and this is the kind of help their representatives offer? Apparently we aren't the only ones with this problem-look at other reviews. Verizon, I hope you see these reviews. -one pissed off customer. UPDATE: found out the bozo on his phone the whole time wandering around aimlessly is the MANAGER. I went up to him to ask where we were at with getting helped because it had been a while, and his reply was "yeah, we're busy." What a JOKE! Oh, and I got a picture of him on his phone. On a positive note, when we finally did get helped, Breanne was wonderful and helpful and fixed our issue. No thanks to the crappy management!

    Honestly the most untrustworthy store I've ever been in. Lied about why the phone wasn't working,…read more scammed into getting a "free" phone. I have been trying to clear up the billing since. This place is so scandalous that after 25 years I'm leaving Verizon because of the lies & deception. Whatever you do, DO NOT authorize them to get into your account or you are screwed.     WARNING WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY…read more Ive never made a review ever in my life but these people are so malicious I have to warn people I wanted a simple upgrade using their 650 promo trade in offer, paid for the upgrade and come to find out they charged me for the wrong line and the wrong phone and tell me that the I CANNOT get a refund and plus they wouldn't accept my iPhone 14 as a trade in despite being listed in the promo and would have to pay the full 1000 dollars plus another upgrade fee of 350 again for a total of 1700 before taxes. Utter insanity and blatant fraud. On top of that they ARENT authorized by Verizon to manage Verizon Business accounts and did not disclose that to me. They also by passed the security of Verizon by not requiring the authorized account holder verify any of these changes and did exactly what I wanted without prior authorization from the account holder. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Thank god Verizon on Dell Range literally took 10 minutes to fix their scam and told me never to go there again, suggest you all do the same.

    When I moved into a new home, I bought an oven, microwave, overhead exhaust fan, 3 refrigerators,…read moredishwasher, and 2 stands ...a total in excess of $9k. The third refrigerator was problematic and I spoke with B&B while the appliance was still under warranty to which they said, sounds like it as coming unplugged. The problems became more acute and I requested a service call. The serviceman came out and described the refrigerator as cheap piece of junk and unrepairable. Initially, I did say I would come in and buy a new one but I had to move and I opted not to buy another "cheap piece of junk. Today, while unaware of service bill, I get a very aggressive and threatening phone call demanding I pay $150 for a 5 minute service call. Rather than receive another threatening phone call. I guess I will pay. My mistake was patronizing B&B because they were local but frankly I would have paid less , received a military discount, and been treated much better. My advise is Lowe's and Home Depot has better quality and profoundly better customer service.

    Although the repairmen are nice enough, they don't follow through. I've been waiting since October…read more11th for them to fix the dryer in my apartment. People keep coming out, futzing with it for a few minutes, then declaring "it needs another new part". This has happened THREE TIMES. Last time they were here, October 17, I was told that the new part would be in this week and they'd be back this week. Tomorrow's Friday , Oct. 25, and I haven't heard a damn thing from them. I'd have called in someone else by now, but the apartment corp insists on working with them for some reason. IF I have another appliance problem, I'm going to insist they use someone else besides B&B. The one star is ONLY because the repair techs were polite during the very short times they were here. UPDATE: 10-28. After calling B&B last Friday and getting assurances that they'd call me back that same day, BUT NEVER DID, I'd had enough. By today (Monday) my apartment manager still hadn't gotten anywhere with them, so I asked if we could just exchange a working dryer from an empty apartment, and they could deal with B&B without me in the middle of it. I got my "new" dryer within 2 hours. B&B has TERRIBLE customer service!! I'd give them NO stars if it were possible.
