We are paying for a 15 mbsp and have NEVER seen the speed that high, average is around 7. We signed up for automatically billing during installation, and then our service was shut off temporarily because for whatever reason the automatic billing was never put into place. We lost service yesterday afternoon, and over 12 hours later we still don't have it restored. When I called tech support last night after over six hours of an outage they still could not provide an ETA of when the service would be available again. The representative on the phone wasn't even sure "what was going on" at the tower site.

This company makes cancelling an absolute nightmare. I'm writing this from inside the store where I…read morehave to needlessly wait in line to return my equipment after cancelling service. This is crazy. The phone call to cancel took about 45 min - the poor rep was required to hit me with all sorts of promotional BS before cancelling, I asked him and he admitted it! I already have fiber - nothing can be done to save my business. At that point they're just trying to make it difficult. This entire process is by design, time-consuming and difficult. I'm waiting just to have a barcode reader scan my stuff - and they make me wait so that this person can again attempt to hit me with a sales pitch. I arrived at 12:35pm - Will update once I get through the line.

(The replacement phone would still be on Verizon as a carrier). I was able to buy a phone last year from the same store full price, same prepaid situation. I then went to the second Verizon on Lincolnway. The salesperson was helpful and I would have not had a problem buying a phone from them. Unfortunately, they didn't have the model I wanted but they were trying. Great customer service on Lincolnway. Dell Range, they were more interested in increasing their "Contract" numbers. I ended up purchasing the model I wanted from everyone's fav online store. So, Dell Range Verizon, you lost $$.
