    Bluepeak has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had…read more I was genuinely excited to see they offered fiber in Cheyenne, Wyoming, especially at the speeds they advertised, because I was moving back to town. I drove 120 miles to be there for the installation, only for the installer to arrive and tell me they could not complete it because Bluepeak had never even had a line run to the house. That was just the beginning. When I called customer service, I spoke to one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She repeatedly talked over me, yelled while I was trying to explain the situation, and was completely unprofessional. I asked for a supervisor callback and never received one. When I called back again to find out what was happening, I was told no one had even been scheduled to come out and dig the line to the house. After all of that, I asked for the dig to be expedited because of the previous failures. I was told it had been. Then I received a call from their contractor saying they were going to complete the line work. When I arrived at the property two days later, nothing appeared to have been done. I called the contractor, and they told me the work had been completed. So I called Bluepeak again and scheduled another installation for today. The installer showed up and once again told me there was no line dug. I gave the installer the contractor's number, and then the contractor admitted there had been a mistake. Apparently, they marked or hit a CenturyLink line instead of actually running Bluepeak's line. Only then did they say they would try to get someone out that day to correct it. After all of these mistakes, wasted trips, misinformation, poor coordination, and terrible customer service, I called Bluepeak again and was basically told there was not much they could do. This company has wasted my time, cost me money, and shown a complete lack of communication, planning, and accountability. I would be extremely cautious before using Bluepeak. High advertised speeds mean nothing if they cannot even manage a basic installation process or treat customers with basic respect.

    Very poor service. They kept losing the signal and while trying to watch the Olympics the service…read morewent out three times in a half hour. I got the " Sorry something happened" numerous times every day. Then I was double charged for one month. They said they never received the payment even though Visa showed it paid on my bill. Had to have Visa print and send out duplicate copies. Also kept increasing prices. After the problem with the billing I gave up and decided to go back to Spectrum. When you can't even keep even the local channel on the air and you can't keep track of billing even though you charge my charge account I just can't deal with it any more. I had better service with bunny ears years ago and that was free. Very unhappy and disgusted with them after all the hype how "rock solid" fiber was.
