One employee for the whole store. Couldn't get anything printed. Ok, stuff happens. I come back another day and there are two people, a manager and a cashier. Neither one knew how to print anything in their printing department and tried to het me to use their clunky do-it-yourself printers. Every time I go there, terrible service, really terrible service. Walking out today I was thinking 1) I won't be coming back, and 2) when they go belly up, no one will be surprised. If you need something printed, go down to the Little Old Print Shop on E. 20th. Jennile at the copy center was extremely attentive and helpful during our visit to the copy center yesterday. My wife is Russian/American and had some legal documents that needed to be copied. While there I asked Jen about a picture I had of my passed dog Noah. I'd called a local company about making an enlarged print, they'd told me it was not good enough quality. Jen gave us her e-mail address and when we sent it to her she said she could make a 36x24 non pixilated photo of it. The print is great, sharpe and clear! read more

Your horrible inventory control and inept staff has delivered yet another long time customer into the waiting arms of Amazon. I've been let down by Office Depot more than a few times in the last couple years and today was the last straw. I went to purchase two thumb drives and I picked up two of the five inventory control boxes off the shelf for the particular one that I wanted and proceeded up to the ONE cashier working with five people in line. One of the store staff took the two boxes and checked inventory on his hand held and informed me that they didn't have any of the item that I had selected. My somewhat rhetorical question was "If there are FIVE boxes on the shelf, why are there no items in stock ?" His reply was that CORPORATE required the store to keep the boxes on the shelf even if there was no inventory in stock. I wasn't about to go back to the display, select another thumb drive in the hopes that the store had THAT item in stock. I told the cashier that I was out of there and left the store. I then went out to my truck, looked up the exact same item on Amazon and they will be delivering two of them to my house tomorrow for less than the price of Office Depot. read more

The staff here are SO ACCOMMODATING, patient, and helpful! I've had to come here so many times to print or to pick something up quickly for work-- there has never been a time that a staff member did not enthusiastically offer to help! And again a great spot for printing / any of those needs! The people at the counter in the printing corner are INCREDIBLE, always!! read more

I've been to many Office Depots as I travel for work and I can tell you this one is the worst managed hands down. You could walk around there all day without anyone asking if you need help. If you really want to annoy one of the employees, ask them for help. I work on projects in the field and usually take the prints into a Office Depot to have them printed on 11X17 paper. It takes 5 - 10 minutes everywhere else, not this one. The girl told me it would take a very long time and I would have to come back and pick them up. read more

I was in a bind. I have crew members doing international travel and needed important documents while driving on their to Canada. We were on a very strict timeline and this Office Depot saved us! Especially Adriana. She made sure we had everything we needed even though it was a very busy show. She had great customer service and was very professional. This store offers shipping for usps and ups. Nice convince from waiting in line at the post office. Always have had great customer service I was in search of a reasonable priced desk was unable to find. On the other hand found a bargin on a comfortable desk chair. Also got Christmas cards for $1 and double tipped sharpies for $.50. Great bargin for next year. Store was well kept very clean and well stocked. read more

I can NOT say enough great things about this place of business. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommended Office Depot to everyone. I did Customer service for over 25 years, so I am Very conscious of the CS of any business, where ever I go. This past week, I encountered a problem at Office Depot. The manager,Jack, was on it and had it fixed in a very short time. It was something that was a bit of an inconvenience, but Jack and CJ took care of it, a.s.a.p. I greatly, appreciate what they did. Do not shop here. The store promised me 0% APR over Labor Day weekend and I never received it. Countless phone calls and e-mails with corporate resulted in nothing. Total rip off and the store never has enough staff to answer questions or be helpful. Buyer beware! read more
