I choose not to get the…read morephone, only needing internet, and was assured the price was the same and told to go into any store to pick up equipment. The Greeley sales man told be I had to hook up a phone or the price would be double the price. He refused to give me equipment unless I activated a phone line. I then called the main Xfinity number to verify the price and terms. I was told that this store was not honoring the terms and trying to upsell. The dishonesty was profound and the man literally became angry when I refused, told me to get service elsewhere, and stormed off leaving me standing at the desk. I went to a different store and was given the equipment without the drama. Don't give them your business. Don't take their word for anything. There are many official stores that aren't owned by greedy, lying, creeps.

The employee looked me dead in the eye and said, "We can't do anything. Well, unless you pay another $10 a month, then we can make it stop." So... You can do something, you just won't unless I have deeper pockets. Your customers are being harassed, but profits are more important. I don't know how my number got out to all the scammers, but it wouldn't surprise me if Xfinity sold it to them to force me to pay extra. Looking for another cell service provider now and will NEVER return to Xfinity! I'm going to tell everyone about this!

Your store is a joke. We visited at 5:15 PM, well before closing, specifically to purchase a new phone with no trade-in for him, as his work requires a reliable device. Despite repeatedly stating our clear intention, the two sales associates, one of whom appeared to be a manager, seemed unwilling to listen. They continuously focused on the condition of his current phone and the idea of a trade-in, completely disregarding our request, even after we clarified it multiple times. It was frustrating to feel so unheard. To add to our frustration, I overheard the manager tell her coworker in Spanish that they should avoid helping us because the setup would take longer than the remaining time before closing. "More than 35 minutes to set up". This felt unprofessional and implied a refusal of service, despite the store being empty and still open for business. This level of customer service and apparent disinterest in assisting a long-term customer is truly disheartening. Overlooked. I hope AT&T addresses the customer service and training at this location, as this experience has significantly impacted my view of your company. The current account holder is out of country for 2 more months and isn't reachable. The other authorized user which customer service said would be okay for the authorization apparently isn't suffice at this att store. Makes me want to switch to Verizon. What a awful experience.
