They carefully reviewed each new wire with a flute tester and the job as flawless. They also replaced the telephone system and went above and beyond to ensure it was well programmed. On Monday, we were up and running. Finally, the best surprise has been their support after this job. I sincerely appreciate Steve and Javier's responsive approach to anything that has come up with the phones after install, and even though they are busy with large contracts, are still able to work in time for small jobs like adding on a single phone line and additional jack. This makes it so that you cannot return your phone. According to customer service you can, but not according to the store. So you are stuck with your purchase. AND you now have to pay the entire RETAIL purchase price for your phone. It doesn't matter how long you've been a customer of MetroPCS, you're out of luck upgrade costs are the entire RETAIL cost PLUS the $25 dollar UPGRADE fee for the phone. AND they don't disclose ANY of this information to you. If you happen to desire to change networks, you can't. The phone you upgrade is locked for 5 months to the network so you are again out of luck and no one is willing to help you, or work with you. We were a customer for over 10 years but that didn't mean anything to them. Longevity means nothing. They are interested only in adding new lines and getting new customers.
