They also by passed the security of Verizon by not requiring the authorized account holder verify any of these changes and did exactly what I wanted without prior authorization from the account holder. Rather than purchasing a new iMac I checked with the Geek Garage to replace the hard drive with a 1TB SSD. They had it for less than a week and did a fantastic job. I can't even tell they took the screen off to do this. I can't believe how fast my iMac boots up and it's faster than the Road Runner and should last me for a few more years! I skipped, attempting Electronix Den at the mall (see review). 5/21 charged $96 for my Windows 10 desktop PC done in less than a day. The work was satisfactory but lost on why the tech feigned the request to sending me notes on what I needed to be done at home. If you see a customer coming in, you stop what you are doing and engage the person and/or direct a coworker to answer instead of keeping socializing and playing PC games. The owner or manager came in soon but I didn't like that wait when I retrieved my PC. (6/21 found they have a gaming den that may have only been guests.) I won't take them off my list since I live in the neighborhood and the work was done. The rest seems shady.
