During the consultation, as Sriram (2021) observed, Rob "took notes of the locations where I wanted the drops, estimated the length of each run from the networking rack, and how the drops would be wired, carefully noting the number of cuts needed." Indeed, watching Rob in action is impressive--you can see him map, anticipate, and solve problems, as if he can "see" behind the drywall, identifying the cleanest and most efficient pathways. Meanwhile, the technican put the mount on the wall as I plan to buy this same TV but from a different vendor (Crutchfield who I should have used all along as all my TVs have come from them.
