I had bought a epson v600 photo scanner off ebay tryng to save a few bucks and boy not did it not go that way. first I'm cleaning up doc, rec, ect. and so I was trying to use the hell out of my scanner the with windows 10 my 20 year old scanner went to the death. so now I'm left buying new $300.00 then I TRY scanning stuff but it's 2x the work. with a lot of READS! so then I ship it dual boxed for $32.00 it to THIS GUY^ computer cleaner plus(a epson supported repair shop) LIKE NEW in all the org, parts, pages. then he returns it with various parts floating it the 2nd box and most of the packing material(plastic bags) missing, and it took days for me to chase him down before he looked at it(only to charge me $70.80)+. so I guess when he did, he didn't care how bad it looked like after got back, as long as he made his $170.00+. SO NOW I HAVE $512.00 SCANNER ALL BECAUSE OF WINDOWS 10. read more

I have been working with Computer Cleaners Plus since I started my business, CityWidePromotions.com back in 1997. Kathy has always been my tech. She has serviced all of my Epson printers for the past 23 years! I have come to trust & value her input and advice when it comes to the upkeep of my printers as well as when I'm considering purchasing a new printer(s). We currently have a 64" Epson SureColor S30670 wide format printer we use for Vehicle Wraps, Window & Wall Wraps, Signs, Banners, Decals & more. We purchased the printer used 2 years ago after wrapping bus #7 of a 10 bus wrap job. Kathy came out, serviced the printer and installed a new pump cap, which we weren't anticipating so it had to be done in a Rush so we could get up and running and complete Bus #8, #9 & #10. We ran multiple test prints for a couple hours after she completed the service and Kathy stayed until we were able to match the (blue) output colors of the first 7 buses, as it was imperative that the final 3 buses matched the first 7, see attached image. After she serviced the printer, with her continued assistance we finally matched the blue "exactly" and Bus #8, #9 & #10 all matched the first 7 buses!!
