In my mind, someone could just wipe it back to factory setting/install and it would work great. I asked BNet to fix it, and the gentleman explained that it really wasn't worth fixing. At first, I thought "okay, he's just trying to force a sale..." I was wrong, and yet a bit right. He *DID* have a computer to sell me, but it was an AWESOME deal. They buy excellent (HP, Dell, etc.) laptops from top tier companies that have a two year "technology refresh" contract. Into these 2-year-old laptops, they wipe the memory, put in a new HD, new battery, a fresh install of the OS (Win10 on mine) and recent MS Office. They even through in a new power brick and cord. The price? $200 for mine. (I'd guess this may be slightly higher by now, or based on the batch they have received/refurbished). I will never buy another brand new laptop while living in B'more, as long as BNet is in business. Good shop, and a great deal on a computer that's still running strong

Gadget Guru was able to fix our drone for less than the cost of having to buy a new one and we are so excited to have it back and running again :) There were unexpected delays in supplies of drone parts which we would have experienced ourselves as well (the times we live in). They reliably called with updates and thanked us for our patience. Great communication regarding what they found to be wrong and what they would be replacing to fix the problem, with time estimates as best they could :) I will definitely be a return customer with any other electronics in need of repair. Staff were not communicative and they held my computer for over three weeks. They told me over the phone that they had backed up the data on my computer before performing any repairs but when I came to pick up the damage - they let me know that the data had apparently been corrupted. They did not charge me anything for my experience, though I would not recommend going here.
