I won't come back ever, and should have looked more carefully before I sat down for a mani/pedi in the first place. Besides the overall look of the salon, it is not certain they used sanitized instruments. When I asked if they did, unfortunately after they started, I was told "Don't worry" which wasn't really an answer. My manicure wasn't the worst I've had, but it was bad. Filing was rough and uneven, and the color was put on so thick it doesn't at all look like a professional job. I'm now re-polishing before anyone sees my nails - and their polish is incredibly hard to get off. The pedi was better with the technician doing a more careful job. He spent a good amount of time with the polish and general trimming. In a neighboring chair, I did not see them clean the foot bowl at all between the two different customers who had pedicures there. After my pedi, my tech only wiped my chair bowl with a sponge and took the drains to the back room for cleaning, I guess. I don't recommend this salon at all, especially if they are not careful about sanitation. read more

This nail salon is very homey and everyone working is so sweet! I came for my first time on december 24th and I was surprised she even found time to squeeze me in. I had conversations with the other people getting their nails done and they were also so sweet and they are also regulars which makes me want to come back even more knowing these amazing people come to the salon so often. The lady (i feel bad i can't remember her name) took her time and was extremely careful which you don't see often. Pleasant experience for my first visit. The ambiance isn't anything fancy (that's why I knocked off one star) but they make up for it with better pricing than all the surrounding salons. They were short staffed but managed to get to everyone that came in. I got a basic powder dip manicure by Brian. He shaped my nails until they were to my satisfaction without any complaints. He did a good job of not making them feel too thick, I like how they turned out. Lina did my pedicure to perfection and was very sweet. I've been getting my nails done for years and I couldn't ever find a place to stick to because of my disappointment with the quality, look, or treatment from some other nail salons. I needed to get my nails done QUICK and it was a little later on a Saturday so I was afraid they would be too busy, but nope! When I walked in to this nail salon, there was a man who just came out of the bathroom, with his shirt pulled up and he was still zipping his fly. A couple minutes later, I find out that he's the one that is doing my manicure. I was a bit grossed out... it was super unprofessional and really sloppy to me. He did an ok job on my nails until... later that day, I noticed that my shellac (gel) nails had a air bubble that popped? Not sure how this happened because I didn't hit my hands anywhere, and also... it's gel so it shouldn't have done that. I didn't have time to go back to get it fixed, and really don't have the energy to deal with that guy again. Won't be back and don't recommend to anyone. I left a review here about five weeks ago when I first got my nails done, but it duplicated so I went to remove one of them and it removed both my reviews..weird. When I came to get acrylic nails done here, the experience was ok. They were unclear about the price (it was $45 for short-medium plain almond nails w gel paint) and the salon seemed a little sketchy because of the dim lighting and lack of ambience. After they were done, I noticed the acrylic nails were also a bit bumpy. Nonetheless, I left a four star review. I won't lie, the nails held up pretty well for the two weeks after. I then went back to get them removed and this is where I was absolutely stunned. They PRYED my nails off using another tip. It was painful as hell. I'm no professional, but I assumed they'd at least soak my nails in acetone first to soften them, but they didn't. They pulled and pulled on the acrylic and at some point I saw my natural nail lifting as well. They then slapped some olive oil on my hands and then charged me $15 for absolutely destroying my nails to oblivion. I saw some other reviews here with a very positive experience so I'm not sure if my experience is one in a million or what. It's also disheartening because this was my first ever experience getting my nails done in a salon, so this first impression makes me nervous to ever get them done again. read more

Love this place! I've been coming here for the past year or so I believe, never had a bad experience and I've been helped by a lot of different people working here. this place was merely ok. i requested lina to do my manicure and i was able to have a same day appointment. i was seated right away but the whole process felt very rushed. she barely cleaned my nails, barely trimmed my cuticles, and the gel polish was applied unevenly. my nails also were filed but not buffed at the tips so they feel very sharp. lina was also distracted while she was doing my manicure. she was assisting another customer, would stop to text and call. her work as not as meticulous and detailed as i'd like. she was nice though but i won't be returning. read more

Received service from Lina & Tina, and they were great! Lina was so nice and welcoming since it was my first time here. She did underarm and brow waxes for my sister, mother, and I. She made sure the temperature of the wax wasn't too hot and made sure we weren't in any pain. She was so sweet and talked to all of us, which made us feel comfortable. I had my nails done by Brian they came out great the first time i got them done and then when I went back I wanted short nails and he looked very irritated that I wanted short nails and made a big deal that longer is better. I didnt end up getting them as short as I wanted, he worked quickly and rushed. My nails were lumpy and they look like someone completely different did my nails then the first time i got them done. Place is tiny and kinda cramped. They're selection of glitter gel is super limited. I had a specific color glitter I was hoping for (pretty common for gel glitter) and they didn't carry anything close to it. I could tell I was starting to annoy them. Vibe completely changed and I definitely felt like a nuisance. The girl doing my nails was nice and apologized, so I just picked a color and kept my mouth shut. My friends and I have been on a mission to find the best nail salon in town , and I think we finally found it ! This was a great experience all around . The ladies were so friendly and funny . I'm glad i sprung for the delux pedi. The hot stone massage was sooo amazing .& the wax covered my entire foot . And the massage was awesome. They had lots of fun colors to choose from as well .
