Love sisters and have had good experiences at Martolli's in the past. However, out of 3 orders with our party, 3 of them came out wrong - either missing something or just the wrong thing. They did work on fixing things as best they can, but it still was disappointing. We will be back at some point, but it felt like they were really struggling today. read more

This is the best pizza in Central Oregon. Really. I love, love, love this pizza... and I'm one serious pizza critic. This is my favorite pizza in town. I've been going here for as long as I can remember and enjoy this staple of the community. The staff is friendly and helpful, even during summer rushes and local events. The food is great, they do a good job of keeping slices of pizza stocked for when I just need to get a bite to eat. The menu has a pretty decent selection and their cheese bombs have become a must when I get food. read more

As a New Yorker, Martolli's has delivered the closest thing to a NY slice I've had yet in Oregon. The crust was crisp, the dough had a clean crackery taste, and they didn't drown it in sauce. Also, the pepperoni was in wide, thin slices that were perfectly embedded in the cheese, and while the sausage was in chunks (it's best finely crumbled) which I don't prefer, it also held into the crust without falling off. The staff are also friendly. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because the slices are small for the price-- $3.50/slice, which is why I only got one. Perhaps that's the price they have to charge to over the cost of their obviously high-quality ingredients. I will definitely come back when I'm traveling through Sisters again. read more

Awesome customer service, and great pizza! I had a large order I needed to pick up to deliver to a job site at 11:00 am. I called and found out they open at 11:30. After talking to the lady I let her know my situation and she took my order and told me it would be done at 11:00am. The next day I show up, they come open the door for me and they were just finishing up my order! Our entire group thought it was disgusting! Every. Single. One. Of. Us. My husband and I stopped in here when passing through and really regret it. The girl working seemed less than pleased to have guests and just stared at us when we said we would like a few minutes to look over the menu which was extremely overpriced. We each ordered a slice and sat down. We were shocked when the girl behind the counter stuck each slice on a plate, and microwaved the pizza to warm it up. She then set it on the counter, told us our food was ready, and walked away. After that she completely ignored us. Not surprisingly, the pizza was really dry and tasted like cardboard. We didn't even get a "goodbye" when we bussed our own table (which is super tacky to ask of customers). We really regret wasting our money here. The people who work there are nice, but the pizza...not so much. We went here because of the rating (4 stars), plus we read some of the reviews that were really positive. You don't get a choice of crusts, pan, thin etc... They make it the way they make it, which is very thin, with very little flavor. The sauce was just ok. It is comparable to Little Caesars, in my opinion. They have a very small dining area, so if you don't like small spaces, I'd recommend ordering it to go. We were disappointed, and won't be back. If you're ever in Eugene, or Creswell, Roaring Rapids in Eugene and My Boys Pizza, in Creswell, serve much, better pizzas. read more

Stopped in for a slice this evening and was delighted with just their pepperoni pizza. At only $3.50 a slice I found the piece very comparable to in town (Bend) and the quality was better than I had anticipated. Will be coming back for sure. Cute lil pizza joint. Gluten-free pizza crust was great, but they really skimped on the sauce and cheese, resulting in a very dry pizza. Also, the cheese was not sprinkled on top of the other toppings, so all the toppings, which had dried out in the oven because of so little sauce and cheese, fell off the pizza as soon as a bite was taken. :( Sad because for so little extra they could have made an excellent pizza. We stopped in there the other night to grab a couple slices to go. The door was locked, but they were open and just ignored my kids at the door. Hand Tossed pizza is cool. And watching the guys in the back spin that dough really raised my hopes of actually getting a decent calzone. But once again I am left wanting...will I ever find a true authentic, rich in flavor calzone as those I have had in the past back on the east coast. First of all, the menu stated that the calzones come standard with cheese, sauce, and ricotta as well as the choice of two toppings and additional charges for more toppings. My calzone had NO ricotta in it. And very very little of the toppings I paid extra for. It was nothing more than a pizza rolled up into a pie....not a calzone. The dough, while hand tossed, was not very flavorful at all. Just plain and bland. The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't anything to write home about either. And the service was mediocre as well. Our food was brought to us outside....without any silverware...which we then had to get up and go inside to get. Really, guys and gals, a little bit of effort goes a long way with people. May I also suggest letting people pay at the end of their meal so they can tip for good service, instead of charging up front with the option to tip. I am not tipping for service I have yet to receive...and obviously, judging by this experience, would not have received anyway. Got a couple slices on our way through Sisters as we headed toward Bend. Nice little place with a few beers on tap, 4 different pizzas to select slices from, salads, calzones etc. The pizza was really good and the staff was very friendly. This is my favorite pizza in town. Their large is perfect for our family of 5 and they have a great selection of specialized pizza to choose from, you can always change it up. The pizza and salads are super yummy we've never once had a problem when we come in. I love this I can go in at lunch and buy pizza by the slice (always 4 options) or for dinner a big ole pizza for the whole family. My personal favorite pizza is the Marchetti (garlic sauce, spinach, Italian sausage and candied walnuts) I know walnuts on a pizza, but somehow it works! They are not overly crunchy and like I said it all just goes together so well. Every time we bring family and friends there from out of town they are willing to try it and love it! Not a HUGE fan of the crust, but I like a fluffy crust and these aren't. Not enough for me to not eat there though obviously. read more

Got our overpriced pizza last night like the rest of the sister-ites and realized the kalamata olives and pepperchinis we ordered on half were put on afterwards and were hard and cold and rest had melted ... we didn't want to be picky our family ate it anyway , bout 4 am we were all puking even my 11year old threw up olives!! I'm with a group of cyclists and, while we were going through Sisters on our way to Bend, we stopped at Martolli's of Sisters for a slice of hot pizza on a rainy day. Their pizza truly hit the spot for our cyclists! We got two triple cheese pizzas and, with the seven of us, we were so full and very satisfied! Their slices of pizza are huge and, bonus, they sell by the slice! The crust was crispy on the outside and the sauce/cheese combo was perfect!
